Communication with Reggie was simple, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. He is a contractor that definitely cares about his craft and looking out for his client. He identified multiple necessary repairs that were needed but could have just been overlooked by someone just doing what was asked of them. An example, the task was to replace the decorative flooring and drywall patch in the bathroom, he found that the toilet/shower repairs that would be necessary or it could have resulted in further leaks. Not to mention the wall joists and floor board/joists were in very bad condition from previous water damaged, so they also replaced all water damaged items. He transformed our rental into a wonderful looking home. Nick arrived exactly at the appointed time, took a quick look (and listen) at my door and diagnosed the problem in a minute or two. Then, since the problem was a seal on the door, asked me if I simply wanted him to remove the seal to stop the sound, and gave me the pros and cons of doing so. I said yes and he removed the seal and put things back together.
