We started calling around with no luck until Chris answered. He was at our location within an hour and a half. Thanks to the photos we had sent, he arrived with the right parts and tools, quickly diagnosing the problem as an issue with the leaf springs. He was polite, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Ok here is my drama - I was in an absolute full on panic because my electric tongue jack got jammed and after taking the thing completely apart I still couldn't get it to work, leaving my Travel trailer stuck on my truck and I urgently needed to get the trailer off the truck. Stay happy RV sent out a technician, Josh, who got right to work. He was professional looking and very prepared to do the job! His company truck was clean, undamaged and in great condition... Which definitely says something about the mindset of the owners. I mean, who wants some POS junky truck parked out front with a guy showing off his plumbers crack to all the neighbors! NOT ME! My thinking is if you take care of your stuff, then you'll take care of my stuff. Josh thank you for looking so professional and not embarrassing me in front of the whole neighborhood! Josh was quick, respectful, positive and most of all incredibly knowledgeable!! He even gave us a few helpful tips that we will definitely use in the future. After he took care of this issue for me (apx 15 min) I booked a second appointment to have him come back out and do the laundry list of repairs and troubleshooting for me. Thank you STAY HAPPY!! The reality is, as is with most RV dealerships, is they disappear after the sale. If I had to do it again, I would have bought a used RV from a private seller. If you are going to eat the cost and make all the repairs yourself, might as well save that money that you immediately lose in depreciation and use that to pay for repairs because they are not going to do it.

We have a 2003 Class C Fleetwood Jamboree and were towing a CRV. We were hooking up the tow and had major problems with the connection. We went inside to the service department and Caroline met up to assist us. At first we thought it was the 7 to 5 connector but after further discussion were unsure. She offered to come outside and test the power coming from the rig. Long story short it was decided to take the rig back and do a diagnostic test to confirm exactly what was going on. Big shout out to all the folks that helped: Brian, Shannon, Wes, Dave, Ron, Caroline, and the awesome service tech's who completed the work Scott and Todd - you guys ROCK!!!!! The issue was resolved and repaired in record time!! Pricing was VERY reasonable and these 2 retired Army Vets want to say THANK You! I've purchased a few items for my Travel Trailer from Camping World at a different location, but…read morethis is the first time I've needed them for service. Mariah is a goddess! My travel trailer lost a wheel on I-65 about 3 miles from the Hwy. 59 exit. After sitting along the interstate for 4 hours, and several attempts to find a towing service we were finally able to get it towed to the Camping World in Robertsdale AL by 6:00 pm on a Monday. Tuesday morning we went in to see if they would be able to fix it and how long it would take. That's when we met Mariah! She took a few notes, inspected the damage and immediately got 2 service technicians out to look at it as well. Mariah said to give her time to call around to see if they could get parts, and she would stay in touch. I got several calls with updates through the morning and by early afternoon she called with an estimate for cost and timing. By 3:00 the trailer was repaired and we were back in the road to our destination. We anticipated it would take several days and drain our budget. Mariah got us back on the road in 6 hours (from when they opened on Tuesday morning.) and the cost was reasonable as well. She deserves a raise!

I had an "eh" experience with the service guys. They were clearly in a rush. This was my first trailer, and I was not informed that I should disconnect my trailer from my car. So I incurred a $200 battery replacement on my truck when I woke up the next day to a dead battery. Could be excused as a "rookie mistake" but for the fact that they additionally did not explain how to hook up/take down my weight distribution hitch which caused a lot of problems down the line. When I asked the tech to "show me" he just vaguely pointed at some things and "youll figure it out". Took about 2 hours to get it off the 1st time. 1 hour the 2nd and nearly jammed the ball.

Lucas showed up at the scheduled time and went right to work. It was a stubborn leak to find and in the process we found a couple other leaks. Lucas got everything taken care of and said he would be back in a few days to button things up. Left it open to dry out. Lucas and Michael showed up this morning and got everything taken care of, including a couple add on jobs I came up with. I would highly recommend Ewing RV Repair and will use them again if needed.

After meeting them, it only takes seconds to realize their knowledge and professionalism is second to none.
