I went to customer service to ask how this happens ... his response its Labor Day weekend ??? All the more reason to have a large supply of bags ! I suggested maybe they use empty boxes, similar to what Costco and other stores do ... this was a no-brainer to me, obviously the management of this store needs training & needs to care - it does not seem like they do.
