My friends and I rented a pontoon boat back in August, and I'll definitely be going back to them whenever I'm in the area. Booking online was super easy, and even though they were crazy busy when we arrived (we're talking full-on running around getting everyone set up!), they were still friendly, helpful, and apologetic about the short wait -- which was only about 15 minutes. They took the time to go over everything with us and gave great directions for getting to Disappearing Island, even providing a map. The boat itself was spacious, clean, and easy to handle. The docks were wide and simple to pull in and out of, and the location was perfect -- right in the middle of the Intracoastal, making it easy to head either north or south to explore, find islands, or stop at nearby bars and restaurants. The only small downside was parking -- it's a bit limited, and you have to park a few blocks away. But we just unloaded at the dock first, then parked the car, no big deal. A slightly better sign would help folks like me (the "bubble heads" ) find the place faster, but once you're there, it's smooth sailing! When I initially called them for help in which boat we should pick for our excursion, that woman that answered the phone was so nice and helpful and just got me more excited to book and made it fun to look forward to. I liked that this one was only 3 hours, because we were stopping on our way back to Miami from Key West and we didn't want to be on the water all day. The day of when we were driving up from Key West, we thought we had plenty of time to get there, but traffic was proving it difficult for us to make it on time. I called the shop to ask about how much time we would have since we wouldn't be able to get there in the 30 mins prior to make way, as requested when booking. Alanna answered the phone and was more than happy to help out. I called about an hour prior to our initial arrival time to inform them we may be late, and she was wonderful. She said they could hold the boat for a few minutes for us but just to keep them posted. As we inched our way closer and closer to Tavinier, traffic still was not on our side. They called and checked in on us and how the drive was going, and this to me made me feel taken care of above and beyond. They didn't have to call, they didn't have to wait, but they did, and I was very much appreciative of them! When it came to finally making my way in, I couldn't find parking, and again, Alanna saved the day and helped me locate a spot! We ran to the boat, hopped on and Captain Chris and Mate Savannah were so wonderful with the same southern hospitality. They greeted us with huge smiles and off we went. Savannah and Chris both checked in on us once we were parked at the sandbar, offering bevs, floating devices, conversation, and just a great time! My son and I really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this charter!

The bathroom had everything needed for a good shower (hot water, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, towels) but the shower was constantly flooding to our ankles so we had to space out our showers to wait for it to fully drain before the next one. The AC kept the room cool but water leaked out occasionally so we turned it off when sleeping which was unfortunate because it got super hot at night in the rooms. The ladies at the front were nice for check in and check out. The best part about staying here though was the little private beach in the back and picturesque scenery. We enjoyed some moments there just before leaving!

I am local, but for folks who aren't, this is a great extra! I got to meet Suzy, their rescue, who was very sweet. Captain Glenn took us from ocean side to bay side to Nest Key for sunset. Close to Nest Key, we encountered at least 25 dolphin feeding. We sat and watched and them when we started to move away, the dolphin wanted to play in the boat's wake. Could not have imagined such a special experience to celebrate a birthday!!! My friends brought refreshments and Lucky Fish supplied reusable cups and also had a tank of water. A plus is their actual head (toilet) aboard. Their cat is a perfect size for 6 passengers. It is well appointed, spotless and very stable. Highest praise for Jill, Glenn and Suzy!

We decided not to let the pandemic spoil our 4th of July celebration and spent the holiday in Key Largo. After seeing the larger dive operations with their packed boats of 30+ people all weekend and the COVID-19 outbreak reaching an all-time high in Florida, we made the smarter decision to do a private dive with Lucky Fish Scuba. Captain Glenn and Jill took my dad, my sister and me to the perfect location for our first ocean dive. We had the best time! We were so happy to have the extra attention and instruction as new divers. It was such a stress-free experience. We were able to book the dive last minute, and all of the necessary equipment was on the boat ready for us when we arrived. The boat was beautiful and clean. The equipment was very new and in top condition. Glenn gave us tips to improve our scuba skills. Jill provided snacks and unlimited reef-friendly sunscreen. We even got a video of the dive to share will the rest of our family! I highly recommend using Lucky Fish Scuba if you plan to dive in Key Largo!

I was concerned because we were bringing my elderly mother, who uses a walker. He convinced me that there would be no problems and that he would be sure that she would be able to sail with us and enjoy the experience. Well, did he come through!! He messaged me the day before to let me know that he had just finished building a ramp so that she could get onto the boat. He messaged me again to find out what kind of music we like. And, even wanted to know what kind of music my mother likes! We hadn't even sailed yet and the experience was already amazing!! During the sailing, Chris was amazing! He played great music, joked around with us, and was the life of the party! We sailed on the larger Tiki boat and the sound system was amazing. Not to mention, when it starts getting dark, the boat has super cool LED-colored lights! Captain Chris was so much fun! To say we had great service was an understatement. I recommend Key Largo Tiki Tours with no hesitation. If you're looking for a great time, look no further!

Perks / Positives 1. Their construction was either done or it was so minimal it didn't cause any kind of distractions from my vacations, nor could I hear any of it. 2. The staff were AMAZING! 3. The pool and hot tub were clean, and warm. 4. The rooms were very clean, NO bugs (if we saw any bugs they were classic Florida bugs you would see anywhere) ((NO BED BUGS THAT PEOPLE PREVIOUSLY "reported") 5. Housekeeping was phenomenal!! 6. It was close to everything ! 7. The view was stunning ! The best part I think were the lot lizards :) plz see photos for clarification.. Cons / dislikes / negatives 1. The little gnat bugs outside were HORRIBLE, and I had bites everywhere 2. The smell of the seaweed decomposing was definitely something to get used to (occasionally the smell of pure sewer was in the air) BUT this is no fault to anyone!!!! 3. We couldn't stay longer. This was the perfect place I could've stayed at for my anniversary vacation and next time I will be bringing the kids !!!!
