The work and price was right so I had another phone revived with a new battery. Verizon activated a replacement phone but couldn't transfer the data unless the old defective phone was repaired first and then they would do the data transfer for an additional fee. Alex at Verizon recommended Mike at Inspect Ur Gadgets for the repair. Thanks to both of them. Convenient located between Verizon and Metro by T-Mobile in Long Beach but the store is almost invisible.

Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
