When I got home everything was working great except I was still having an issue with the mouse cursor running a bit slow when I used Excel. They had me bring the PC back and everything looked good at the shop, they suggested that I test out a wired connection (which they kindly loaned to me) and sure enough that did it. I moved my PC to the other side of my desk and tried my wireless mouse out and everything worked fine. I must have had some kind of interference from my work devices that were on the same side.
