I own a quick service restaurant in Riverside and have a web based cash register system. When I came in to work last Tuesday, the system was down completely and would not open. I contacted our franchisor in Canada for assistance. They told me to box it up and ship it to them. I had this happen before and had bought a back up 5 years ago. I put the backup in place but it would not run the system. There was no way I was going to wait on Canada. Fantastic response and service !!! I had called Dave to see about replacing my old lap top the was giving me a ton of problems and had a full hard drive---I was looking at about $1500 to replace the lap top. We have been very satisfied with this company so far. They have been out about 3 times so far and have been quick to resolve our issues. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because only one of the techs knows how to work on macs, and the first time they sent out someone who didn't know about Macs. I've been on a maintenance plan with Active IT for about 3 years now. Before I brought them on to take care of my company, my computers didn't have a backup,we had a ton of spyware, and the computers were very slow. Active IT comes out every 4 months and performs maintenance on our system's, and makes sure we are backed up in case we have a loss of data. We really don't have computer issues any more.
