Late to the game in posting a review but we had exceptional service in December 2022 from Pike Plumbing. With the extreme cold temperatures we had a pipe burst on Christmas Day. They were out quickly to get the water shut off to the pipe. Because ours was an outdoor pipe and they had customers whose issues were within the house they got us fixed up for the day and came back a few days later to fix the issue. This is a late review of Pike Plumbing. I must apologize for that. Now that I have cleared my boo boo. LOL. I first called Pike in 2017 for a Septic/sewage Ejector pump that went bad. Lloyd and Devin came, they saw, and they conquered that in no time. About a 7 months later that pump failed, I had to call them back and this time Zack came and replaced it. Since it was a warranty issue. there was no charge. Later in 2018, I had a pipe burst on the outside of my yard near the front window that leaked through down the basement closet. These guys are the best you never seem to have an emergency on a Monday at noon. Example we had the main line in our house clogged and needed it snaked out, it was around 1 in the afternoon on a Saturday real convenient............right. So I call Pike Plumbing and about 30 minutes later not only did Mr. Pike call us he has someone on the way. They're a family owned and operated business that has the best customer service, and pricing you'll ever find. They've done everything from emergency repairs, to putting in a sink or a toilet for us. The prices are so reasonable that when I think I want to do some plumbing work at my house I always remember Kenny and his crews and think to myself "self what are you thinking?" I was treated unbelievably rudely by the "Glenn". How do you rationalize coming into someone's home and be SOOOOOO incredibly RUDE!!! Had we not needed the water heater replaced today I would have told him to pack up and leave! Can't say enough positive words about Pike Plumbing .. they said what they would do and then did what they said. No surprises, no issues. Installed a new tankless water heater to replace two legacy 50 gallon tank water heaters that were well beyond their life expectancy. The installation was timely, professional and when they were completed you literally could not tell they had ever been here. The owner even stopped by to check on his team during the install (he didn't ask to see me, just checked on his team and was gone - I just happened to see him arrive). Called for one issue and when that ended up not really being a plumbing issue I asked Devin to take a look at another leak I had been putting off calling about. Plumbing is one of those things you rarely think about until you have an issue, then it becomes an immediate emergency. We have used another Plumbing company on a few occasions in the past, but they were not available when our water heater blew out. I used this company almost a year ago but it's important I leave a review. I needed my kitchen plumbing reconfigured due to a large sink I had installed. Because of its size and other issues, it was not going to work out I could keep my garbage disposal. They completed the job but saw how disappointed I was about the disposal. Chris and Josh came up with a solution and reconfigured everything again so I could have my disposal. I am so grateful they took the extra time to go back and troubleshoot what seemed to be an impossible solution. I first met Kenneth Pike when he installed my new water heater a couple years back and recently hired him to replace my sub-flooring in my bathroom that had rotted due to a long term slow leak. Kenneth is honest and dependable, doesn't add on fixes or items that aren't needed and is very responsive to all calls and questions. His team removed and replaced the flooring, tub and tile. Kenny, owner of Pike's Plumbing took my call and scheduled appointment directly with my tenant for a clogged toilet. She asked if they could come any day after 5 PM and was told no. They scheduled a 4 PM Apt. She had to leave work early (3:30). After 5 PM they called to tell her they would be late, didn't show up until 6:30. They called me shortly after and told me they couldn't unclog the toilet, it had to be replaced, I approved work. After they remove the toilet and took it outside they told me they unclogged it with no problem but proceeded to install the new toilet since that was what I had approved! Why? I guess I'm a glutton for punishment this is the third time I use this company only to be ripped off. Beware they scam you at every turn! read more

My yard was washing out from a busted drainage pipe off the street. I called Pike and the owner Kenny answered and told me to call the county, which I already had. We arranged for him to come out the next day at 11. He gave a courtesy call at 10:25 saying he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was on time. When he saw the pipe (which I had dug up) he suggested a cheap fix which I had thought of but didn't know that it would work. So it was nice for a professional to confirm what I thought. Even the price he quoted me for doing it with a back hoe was less than 1/2 of what I thought it would be. Let me tell you, this man is straight up, knows what he is talking about and appears to be a person of integrity. SPLASH, SPLASH! As the washing machine drained, I heard a pipe in the basement begin gushing. I called all the plumbers with billboards and radio ads, and they couldn't come for days. So I rolled the dice on Pike. They came out within an hour! And although they could've had me over a barrel, the price was reasonable and the work was fast. My one nit to pick would be they left the door open as they went in and out. Probably not worth mentioning but I'm giving a thorough review. Incredible Service and quality work! My hot water heater went out, and I called several plumbing services based on yelp reviews and neighborhood recommendations. Kenny called me back same day (evening), asked some key questions to insure that everything would get done in one visit, as well as ordering the hot water heater I wanted. Next day two plumbers (Devon & Lloyd) were at my house early (appt was for noon, and they arrived at 11.30) for installation of the hot water heater. Please have a look at all previous entries. What are the odds EVERY entry is for 5 stars? There's something fishy here. It would appear this establishment is incentivizing customers with discounts to post 5 star reviews or some other scheme to improve its social media profile. Our experience has been FAR below these glowing endorsements. 1. We had a leak a few months ago. The tech charged $300+ for less than 2 hours work to say our previous owner was to blame with a lack of sealant, which he corrected. 2. We confirmed new leaking recently. The new diagnosis: "previous owner was to blame with a lack of sealant..." Isn't that covered by the warranty on the previous work? "No, see, I didn't lift the toilet." Oh really? Isn't that what you relayed last time? This was especially awesome after being 2 hours late to meet us. So, if you want sub-par service at above market rates ($167 per hour and a minimum $100 service call) while being late, Pike Plumbing is your service. read more

Called Mr. Pike at 8:30 PM. Picked up our call in middle of his dinner. Called us back promptly. We needed to re lite our water heater pilot and after 2 unsuccessful attempts we decided to call a professional. Instead of wasting his time and our money he walked us through the process over the phone and were able to get the water heater going! Our water bill was 5 times the normal amount. A friend and contractor recommended Pike Plumbing. Kenny answered the phone and sent someone to us within an hour to diagnose a broken main water line to our house. The next morning, two plumbers installed a new water line from the meter to into our basement, completing in the late afternoon. Very happy with Pike Plumbing. They had replaced a garbage disposal several months ago so had their card. Found a large puddle of water in my basement and saw water coming from the ceiling. I called and within a couple of hours, on a Sunday night, they were here. Kenny, owner of Pike, looked at the water and was able to trace within a couple of minutes the source of the leak from a copper pipe within a wall several feet away from the drip. Very happy that he was willing to come out and that he found the problem so quickly...and helped us with a couple of more nuisance water problems while he was at it. Highly recommend Pike! read more
