Went to Dr. Israel for wisdom teeth removal and he recommended I get just the one bothering me removed. After I went to two different places, wanting to remove all of them and being very quick and rushed my consultation. I'm so glad I found this place! He was so patient and listened to all of my fears and was very personable. I got in a month sooner due to a cancellation, the front desk staff are VERY kind and tell you everything you need to know to be ready. They were also very patient with me. I don't even remember the procedure, I do remember I was fearful before going under anesthesia but his assistants were SO KIND, were supportive and talked to me while I got the IV. Thank you so much Dr. Israel and ALL the staff. The office manager is absolutely garbage. My husband paid another patients bill...it took 3 months to reconcile the issue at this location. The fact of the matter is...it was your screw up and why do we have to deal with it. The office manager of this location is unprofessional and a complete joke. If it's my money, then pay me... He said as unable to remove teeth safely and without extreme pain. I actually woke up during the procedure. He swore at me , restrained me and put me back under. I am 7 months out from his surgery. I have no teeth, I am on liquids only. Ruined my life. $11000 later. Steer clear of this butcher . read more

I went to see Dr. Salomon years ago in Ft.Pierce and had a good experience. I went in with pain, paid cash and walked out. I called the other day and the emotionless robotic receptionist "please hold" "what is your name?" "Please hold" "What do you need?" " Please hold" you want to make an appointment with no referral, no X-rays and want to have a an extraction on the same day!?, that will never happen!?, can you hold on again?" Good lord man! What happened to your practice? I absolutely hate this 40 appointments and fight through a robot at reception to get a damn tooth pulled. read more

Dr. Solomon pulled two wisdom teeth from my husbands mouth and he did decent work but when it comes to bedside manners and professionalism, this doctor definitely lacks it. He came into the room while my husband was waiting to receive a sedative and was somewhat "rough". He didn't introduce himself or explain anything. He sat on his stool beside my husband, poked him 3-4 different times and finally found a vein. It was a bit rough to where my husband had a few spots of bruising. I understand that can be normal at times. I feel as though he should have come into the room, introduce himself (my husband was alone on his first visit so I never met him prior to this extraction procedure) and did a quick briefing on the procedure and what we should expect. Any other place I or my husband have been too, we've always had a quick talk before a procedure was completed. So that made me feel uneasy. The attitudes of the ladies up front are horrible. They HAVE to get the last "word" in and it's normally something unprofessional that they're going to say. They treat patients rudely and while I was in the lobby waiting for the procedure to be complete on my husband, you could hear the girls discussing and saying things about other patients that were very concerning to me. That's a big NO. Like I wrote earlier, the doctor can do decent work but the attitudes and lack of manners are the reasons we will not be coming back to have the other two wisdom teeth extracted. I noticed on some reviews, this office has gone out of the way to write on some reviews that the person leaving a it is not their patient or it's fake. You must have a lot of time on your hands to reply back to reviews like that OR it's because they're taking things too personal at work and they don't understand how to be quiet. Due to seeing and being in the way of their attitudes, maybe some patients don't want to leave their REAL names for the simple fact they're are afraid this office might look them up in their system and possibly retaliate (which it seems like they are doing due to the fact that they left replies that say "person is not in our system so this is a fake review"). We decided (out of fear of being retaliated against) to NOT leave our real names either. But, my husband is a patient there and this is not a fake review. There is a woman there by the name of KIM that I have to advise everyone about. The way she talks to patients is completely unprofessional. Her attitude stinks. One thing I learned from working in the medical/dental field is that if someone (like KIM) talks to you horribly or treats you horribly every time she speaks with a patient, it's because she's unhappy with something in her personal life. No one can be that miserable all the time at work unless there's something more to it. I actually heard her (while I was in the lobby waiting) snapping at a patient about payment and then telling that patient on the phone they were "not human because you said you'd pay your bill and you haven't yet". What employee tells a patient that?!? Especially with this Coronavirus going around?! Maybe that patient is suffering financially. Maybe they lost their job? You don't know what's going on. So for her to be so nasty to a patient and then tell that that they aren't human is completely unprofessional. If you need work done for a ridiculous amount of money with little or no discussion about your treatment plan or want no professionalism from the front staff, then this is a place for you! read more

I had appt for 9/7 for tooth extraction. I've been suffering for months. This also involved 2 teeth & a new bridge. Total $1,070.00. Deposit of 260.00.9n day if extraction. I confirmed all this w/office x2. They wanted 1,070.00 on day of extraction minus bridge. I had no issue with paying for services if extraction, w/balance due on implantation of bridge. Oh, NO. pay in full bow. Dr. Screamed at me, totally unprofessional & rude. When he finished 5 minutes later, told me to go find another surgeon. I took the day off from hospital. Never in all my years as a health professional have I've witnessed such behavior. Plus new sign patients may be charged now for the PPE'S. Seriously, I don't pay for mine, and Dr stated it's not about the $$. Really, could of fooled me. This was a blessing in disguise. Don't recommend. read more

I was referred to Dr. Isreal by my regular dentist for an impacted wisdom tooth. I contacted Dr. Israel's office the week of November 5 2018 and had to wait about a month for just a consult. In that time the tooth became more irritated so I called the office to see if they could see me sooner as the tooth was starting to present issues. The rescheduled my appointment for one (yes, you read that right - ONE) day earlier. At the consult on December 3, 2018 I was treated wonderfully by the assistants and Dr. Isreal was pleasant enough if not slightly rushed. He agreed the tooth needed to come out as it had started poking through the gum and was "a breeding ground for infection" (his words.) The earliest appointment they had available was January 15th. About a week after that consult the impacted wisdom tooth became very inflamed and my face swelled up. Extremely, extremely painful. I called the office with what has now become an actual emergency. THEY REFUSED TO SEE ME. The woman who answered the phone told me "there is absolutely no way to be seen before mid January." I asked what the protocol for emergency patients was. She replied I could try calling the "other oral surgeon in town" and that she would talk to Dr. Isreal to see if he would prescribe an antibiotic to "help calm it down." Several hours later I received a call back that she had spoken to Dr. Isreal and that he "didn't want to prescribe anything" but they would put me on a list as a priority if someone cancels. I ended up in the emergency room. The manner in which Dr. Israel and his team handled a true emergency of a patient who they KNEW to have a problematic tooth, who DIAGNOSED the problem themselves, was not only wrong but cruel. Stay away from this practice at all costs. They are monsters. read more

Wisdom tooth surgery went fine, but had a horrible experience with the assistant nurse, Cathy is her name if I heard correctly. She was assisting my friend get into her wheelchair and explaining how to change her gauze and everything, but was seriously so rude. I understood everything she was talking about but she treated me like I was 6 years old and didn't know how to look after my friend. I would keep telling her "okay I understand, that makes sense" and she would cut me off by rolling her eyes and saying "let me explain it"; very condescending and I didn't appreciate it. My friend who was incredibly loopy on medication even was looking at me like "is she serious" and mentioned it through her cotton filled mouth as best she could how rude she was being. They gave me a mask to wear inside and I didn't give it back afterwards because I didn't think they'd want it back after it touching my face and being against my mouth and me talking through it, but she was like "uh excuse me, where's the mask?" And I told her I had it and didn't think they'd want it returned but I pulled it out and gave it to her and she said "well they can be washed, right?" Her tone was extremely condescending and rude. It was a bad enough experience that I would never choose to be a patient here or recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing. read more

After 21 yrs of putting it off, I needed my wisdom teeth out. I have a natural fear of dentists and I was really nervous about going in. The staff was very kind and understanding. The X Ray was easy and fast, I have had 3 wisdom teeth removed and each one was done with skill and gentle care. Dr Isreal was very kind and I look forward to getting my last one removed soon.
