My hair is always perfectly colored and cut 2. The vibe in the salon is peaceful and friendly 3. The stylists are all professional, well-trained and concerned about you while you are in their care I first went to Lacie when someone made my hair orange and I couldn't go to work. She fixed it and I've been with her ever since. It must be around 5-6 years now. They are continuallly attending forums and workshops to learn new trends. The bottom line is that I trust them with my hair. My hair is not a stylist dream, but Lacie always makes me feel welcome and excited to hear all my crazy stories. I recently moved from Philadelphia to the area and didn't want to make the 1.5 hr trip to my old salon just to get my hair cut, so my boyfriend suggested Terra. He told me to ask for Jamie, (who cuts his hair) so I made an appointment. I was a little apprehensive at first considering I've been going to the same girl for about 7 years now AND I'm growing out a pixie, but I was worried for nothing! When I got there, Jamie and I talked about what I wanted to do with my hair and how it would work with my hair type etc and I got an AMAZING shampoo done by another stylist in the salon. I felt very comfortable with Jamie cutting my hair and we discussed doing some new color that I'm definitely going to take her up on. Susan has been my stylist and colorist for several years now and I would not think of letting anyone else work on my hair.
