BUT I heard,"hemming is $3.50" and I was surprised so I said "$3.50?", and the response- so unnecessarily rude - was "Ma'am, it's never $3.50, it's $23.50". My assumption is that I misheard bc of the phone connection. I've never once been addressed so rudely over the phone over a harmless Q. The final straw was one night me and my fiancé were at Coconuts Thai restaurant that is literally right next-door to the cleaners. Both these businesses close at 7pm and we parked at 6:30. It's not like people were banging down the dry cleaners door to get service... I just happened to pull in and didn't see a sign that said dry cleaners only. The old guy goes out to my car and takes a picture. I see him and I go into his establishment and said " did you take a picture of my car" and he said "yes ". and I said "why did you do that" and he said "because I can.".....He then took his hand and waved me out of his store.
