She's very nice and helpful, I don't know why other reviewers were complaining. I was a little scared based on some of those reviews but once I met her or even called on the phone she was friendly. I got a pair of pants hemmed for $15 which is the best price I could find. I'm currently getting a skirt waist taken in for $25. I'm really pleased with her work and will continue to come as long as I'm here in Bellevue.

We first looked up the websites of various stores, but we were not sure about his actual size. Then I bought one dress shirt from an outlet store, but it turned out that it didn't fit him well despite the size wise was correct. We decided to come to this store to get the right measurements and get the fitted shirts for him. After browsing for a while, we kept seeing big dress shirts but rarely saw any size S shirts. We walked up to an Asian staff (We don't know his name.) who was just helping other customers to see if he could help. After he took care of other customers, he measured my son's neck and arm and let us know the size my son should be wearing. My son was looking for a black dress shirt as now most of his concerts required black shirts and pants. It turned out that those shirts were all sold out, so he brought a different color to let my son try to see if that fit well. The sleeves were a bit long, but only like half inch difference, so we decided to leave them as is and would do alteration if that really bothers my son. He placed an order for a black shirt to ship directly to our house for free. We also got a white tux shirt to go with his tux. The staff explained to us that the studs must be removed before the putting into the washing machine and that at one point those would need to be replaced. I asked to see some studs in case we would need to replace. He helped me find some good deals with those studs. At the end, I asked him to validate the parking ticket. I thought I would get only 2 hours since it says two hour parking at the parking lot. He gave us 4 hours! We were able to swing by some other places without worrying about the parking time limit. My second trip to this store is still pleasant as my last trip for my older son. When we need men's formal wears, this store is definitely my first go-to place.

It was a moderately fit, straight suit. After alteration, pants fit like skinny jeans and was short -- length was way above my ankle. Suit's arm length was too short, and the waist fit like a crop top, and the bust and shoulder was left untouched, making the whole suit look like a Guilette shaver. I wore it once and was so dissatisfied that I will not wear again. I can't even sell it because I doubt anyone will try it on and think that it fits great. I just bought a regular suit from Banana Republic and fits so much better. Shame to have dropped a thousand dollars for a suit from Boss only to have it butchered downstairs for another several hundred dollars.
