It's an indescribable sensation and in my experience; can only be felt once one is fully relaxed and flowing. Mentally; it relaxes me and aligns my mind to a peaceful and mindful state. The nickname moving meditation suits it well. I am beyond grateful for the amazing teachers at TTCS. This is a non-profit organization and having these individuals be as invested as they are in teaching us; is priceless. The community aspect is great too. I learn something new every time. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to try tai chi at least once. I can guarantee you that you'll love it as much as I do. When choosing; look no further let TTCS be the place for you.
