No I have to have my good work dress clothes repressed, will cost me $100's. They packed stuff they were told not to pack, and to make it worse they label boxes as stuff meaning I cannot find those items. I will need to go trough every box tomorrow when they are taken of the truck just to find what I need right away. They also filled large boxes half full with book then just taped them up. Their minimum service time is 2 hours, which totally makes sense because they are just that efficient! If they charged by the hour, they'd be in a tough spot. They arrived, moved our appliances, swept up the area, and took boxes and the table to the basement--all in under an hour! They even asked if I needed anything else done. I was blown away by their awesome service! It was a no-brainer to call them again when it was time to bring the appliances back into the kitchen. I researched this online briefly, made an appointment, dropped my car off for service, and was able to pick it up same day with a 1 1/4" hitch receiver installed. Sounds simple, right? Well, that's because it is. I needed this hitch receiver so that I could use a tray or a bike rack for a myriad of purposes, and at just over $250 to install, this is exactly what I needed. They were contracted to pack and ship for our overseas move. Only 2 people showed up, and I was…read moreconcerned as it was a lot for 2 people to handle. I think there was some hesitation and they had to make some phone calls since it was more house than they expected, but they took care of everything. I think it was a lady, who's been there for years and a younger gentleman who packed everything. The people who came after them the next day and packed were efficient but after they had left, I noticed they missed a few things. They actually drove back using their personal vehicle, close to an hour, and picked up the items they missed. When we got to our destination overseas, only 1 or 2 things were probably damaged and this is probably how it was packed in the wooden crate. Like a wooden chair and a gash in a table. Yet, we were re-reimbursed by a different company and I'm not 100% sure they even handled the crating process. We were also missing our parts box. But I heard that happens with overseas moves, so we'll know for next time, to carry that on us. But, nothing high dollar value such as electronics or jewelry or purses was missing, damaged or lost. And that's all I really care about for a 7,000 mile move...

I hired ITH Moving for a local move and they severely mishandled two ceramic grills -- a Kamado Joe…read moreand a Big Green Egg -- that I explicitly told them were very important. The crew left the Kamado Joe in its stand and failed to remove or properly pack internal ceramic/firebox parts for both grills, destroying those components; several firebox pieces are cracked or shattered and unusable. On-site crew documented and photographed the damage (and reported the shelf was broken), but the office later denied having photos or awareness until repeatedly pressed. Their insurance (Released Value Protection) is essentially worthless -- $0.60 per pound per item -- and did not come close to covering replacement/repair. I also discovered the Kamado Joe itself is damaged; it cost about $3,000 and I'm not sure it will be usable. Despite the crew's efforts moving things, the careless handling of fragile, high-value items, lack of proper packing/documentation, and inadequate insurance make ITH unacceptable, and I strongly advise others not to hire them.
