Don't go here. I had my lips as well as Botox done here for the very first time and I will never go back. They take advantage of you as well as don't follow protocol and I only knew the difference because of the next place I went to. I wouldn't go here for several reasons, besides the girl up front being dumber than rocks, these are the reasons why: 1) they slashed the prices the very next day and would not honor them & they claimed that they didn't know their special. I work in sales this is bull shit. 2) they had me lying down while doing Botox and injections, per protocol you should be upright for a more natural look and to see where your wrinkles really lie. 3) my lips were drastically more swollen and bruised after going here than ideal image, when I got more injected at ideal image. 4) they tricked me into tipping the girl who did my injections. read more

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. The front office staff especially Faith, are so friendly and so attentive. They answered all my questions( even though some off mine are repeated) and never hesitate to help me understand whatever my concerns are. Sarah, the esthetician, is the most kind knowledgeable and hard-working individual. She's so incredibly gifted at what she does and will leave you looking and feeling better 10/10 times. If you're looking for an injector, please definitely consider Renee. She is so knowledgeable, clearly studies the anatomy of the face religiously and will listen to every concern you have. Zara is amazing she did my lip injections yesterday with Jevederm one syringe it was my first time, Im a big baby when it comes to needles she was very gentle and was able to create the shape I wanted off of a picture off Pinterest (Lip shapes) they are a little swollen still but I didn't get any bruising where as my other friends at work were really badly bruised the next day, she is very gentle and prifessional, I would recommend her to anyone especially because of her nursing background, she definitely knows what she's doing. I have tried calling the corporate office number given to me 20+ times and have left voicemails regarding the filler injections I got that left my face looking botched and completely unsymmetrical. None of my calls have been answered or returned. I have spoken to an attorney and will be moving forward with a demand letter. 2020 has been a year of jumping out of my comfort zone. Both by choice and force. When I saw the quick lip special I didn't allow myself to second guess, I made an appointment. Never having done injections before. Quick lip is subtle so even though I was nervous, I knew it was the best way to start. Renee was my wonderful lip enhancer. Beautiful, knowledgeable, and genuine. As soon as I walked in the room I felt comfort and ease. She walked me through it before and during. She was gentle and honestly I hope everyone gets a wonderful nurse like Renee. If you go, try and book with her! Although all those beautiful sweet ladies are amazing, I'm sure of it! They had a special of dermaplaning for $50 with a 20% tip that was $60. I had never been to the spa before but decided to try it. It took longer to check-in than the actual dermaplaning procedure. I estimate time spent on my face to be about 10-15 minutes. Also, the technician put something on my face before the procedure but did not actually wash my face. I thought that was weird. I also had to remind her to do my chin which she had missed. She said she only did my face. (My chin is part of my face) This was the day after their open house. Maybe they were tired from the day before. Not a good experience - won't waste my time and money here again. Disappointing - I really wanting to like them but not impressed by the quality of service. read more

I was charged over $1000 for fillers and was also guilted and asked by the receptionist to tip. I have never been asked to tip a medical professional. Two months later the filler had disappeared and it looked like I had no treatment. They did not open the boxes in front of me. I feel like they are diluting the product. My botox turned out amazing so i gave 3 stars for that! but I gotta say they definetly overcharge for fillers...Im from LA and almost everywhere there juvaderm is $500 for full syringe and here its 700 which is just a ripoff and its so crazy once u check out they try to guilt trip you into "TIPPING" your injector! In what world do you have to "tip" a medical professional????! That was just absurd! Trying to milk clients for more money when its already expensive af! I did not like THAT at all...they should be doing the best job possible there shouldn't be tipping involved in any medical setting....red flag and also they didnt pull out the Allergan botox oit of the box in front of me which means that they could easily be watering down the product or be using a knock off I wouldn't know because I'm not seeing it come out of the botox box like it should be....hmm...just be careful guys ! I usually go to my dermatologist for Botox. I decided to try It's a Secret Medspa because they advertised $10 a unit on FB. I only book appointments at my dermatologist when it's 20% off. They also charge by the unit but their touch ups are free. The way they look at it, they suggested how many units and if that doesn't work then they take care of the touch ups. For the record I have never needed one. I have been getting 30 units at my dermatologist and have been happy with the results. These people at It's a Secret Spa got me with the $10 per unit special and said I needed 50 units once I was there, that's right, $500. After treatment the receptionist asked if I was going to tip the nurse. I've never heard of tipping a nurse nor does my dermatologist take tips. But I went ahead and tipped $40 I could see myself tipping more. After a week I was not happy with the top of nose bridge and contacted Jenna (because she gave me her business card) to inquire about a touch up. I was told the touch ups are also $10 per unit. I won't return, I do not like to be tricked. How do I even know I got 50 units? I don't. Save yourself the headache and go to the dermatologist office. read more

Please think twice about getting injections here. I had asked for botox around my eyes and Juvederm around my mouth. I asked Jenna if I would bruise around my mouth and she assured me most people don't. The next day I looked beyond swollen and badly bruised. I went to a Dermatologist who is well known to injections. She had told me that she filled my right side too much of Juvederm and also under my left eye. She also said that she could of hit a nerve under my left eye where she wasn't supposed to inject. Needless to say I will never go anywhere that is running a special nor someone who is not licensed. They will tell you they are nurses or Nurse Practioners but they are not. Do your research because I am hiring someone to represent me in court. I decided to make an appointment here when I was in town for the weekend. I have had lip injections before but decided to try somewhere new. Plus the prices here were unbeatable. I saw Angela for my injections and she was so kind and calming through the process. Their numbing cream is a million times better than any other med spa I have been to. They also use a vibrating thing to trick your mind from the pain. The process felt like a few pricks and nothing else. I was super swollen for the next few days which I did not experience with injections in the past. I also bruised for about a week. But right at a week my lips looked amazing!! They are absolutely perfect. Angela will listen to what you want (natural, volume, super full) and help you pick out the right filler. She didn't try to upsell me at all which I appreciated. Prior to my first visit I was a little nervous as I have not had the best experiences at other Med Spas I have visited in the past. A friend of mine told me about their experience at Its a secret in Plano so I decided to try it out. I am glad I ignored my fears and went in!! I have been in a few times for different treatments and they have always exceeded my expectations as every person I have encountered is very knowledgeable.
