Pretty good candy, but just a little expensive. Workers were nice, and the store looked pretty cool. Overall 4/5 experience.

If you don't make it, then order from their online shop. You won't regret it! If you are Latino, I guarantee your favorite thing in all their snacks will be the "Spicy Whole Seed" and "Sweet & Sour Whole Seed" if you're anything like my Mexican hubby. We could not stop eating them! The LiHing Mango and dried Papaya were also very delicious and had the perfect combination of flavor and texture. The LiHing gummy Peach rings are unexplainable. It tastes like no peach rings you have ever experienced. I don't even like peach rings like that. Strangely, it feels like love was literally put in the bag. It's not listed as an ingredient, but it's totally in there. Maybe it's Aloha, maybe it's just quality ingredients. Whatever it is, I hope the recipe never changes, because everyone should experience it! If you're a "foodie" this is a must stop shop on the island.

Once you get to the counter, you'll find an incredible selection of shaved ice and homemade ice cream, with endless combinations of flavors and toppings to create your perfect treat. Mixing your own flavors is half the fun, and everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and exactly what you want on a warm Maui afternoon. Beyond the amazing shaved ice and ice cream, what made this visit even more meaningful was seeing the energy returning to Lahaina. Every local business that's open represents another step in the community's recovery, and it's inspiring to see visitors and residents coming together to support them. I love Dole Whip, but this place serves their own version called Pineapple Cream, and in my opinion, it's a million times better. They even have a poster in the shop comparing the ingredients, and let's just say they're not shy about pointing out what's in Dole Whip versus their own product. Their Pineapple Cream is made with simple ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. They offer a variety of island inspired flavors, which made it tough to choose because everything sounded delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this place until our last night in Maui. Otherwise, I have no doubt we would have come back multiple times during our trip. If you're a fan of pineapple ice cream, this is a must-visit. Seating was limited outdoors and inside was full. Wish they'd have more outdoor seating.

Ono Gelato is the real deal, and you can taste it in every bite. Their gelato is made daily from scratch by a third-generation gelato maker from Torino, Italy, using whole milk, heavy cream, and egg yolks, with select ingredients imported directly from Italy. The authenticity truly shows. I tried the Coffee Crunch and Cookies & Cream, and both were outstanding. The Coffee Crunch was rich and smooth with bold coffee flavor, packed with macadamia nuts and chocolate chunks that added the perfect balance of creamy and crunchy. I'm completely obsessed. The Cookies & Cream was ultra-creamy and generously loaded with cookie pieces, not icy or overly sweet. They also offer a wide variety of flavors, from island favorites like coconut, mango, and macadamia nut to classics such as chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, hazelnut, and Sicilian pistachio. There is truly something for everyone. Creamy, authentic, and absolutely delicious, this is one of the best gelato spots on Maui. We will be back every single visit. Yelp Tip: A perfect post-beach treat or dessert while exploring Whalers Village.

There was ample parking at the store where the tour left from. We took an air-conditioned sprinter van slightly up the hill to get to the land where the cocoa beans are actually grown. Our tour guide was Gabriel and he was extremely knowledgeable. After learning all about the process of growing, harvesting, and drying the cocoa beans, we got to partake in a delicious sampling in what can only be described as an adult "treehouse". With 360 panoramic views, and a wonderful breeze, we listened as Gabriel explained the various chocolates we were sampling and I thoroughly enjoyed each and everyone. Once back at the shop, we had the opportunity to purchase chocolate and also try a variety of items from their café menu if we wanted (for additional charge). All in all, the tour was a wonderful and educational experience and definitely opened my eyes to the deliciousness of the Maui Kuia Estate Chocolate.
