Instead, I was told I would need to pay for additional diagnosis and repairs before they would continue working on the same problem. As a customer, it's difficult to accept spending more than $6,000 and leaving with the exact same issue that prompted the visit. To make matters worse, I provided my third-party warranty information when I first dropped off the coach. Despite having that information from the beginning, the service advisor did not contact the warranty company until just a couple of days before I picked it up. Because of that delay, I was required to pay the entire $6,044 bill out of pocket to take possession of my RV. Now, instead of the warranty company paying the shop directly, I'm being forced to navigate a reimbursement process and submit additional documentation just to recover approximately $2,800 of an otherwise covered repair. That entire situation could have been avoided had the warranty claim been handled promptly. I understand that diagnosing complex mechanical problems can be challenging, and I don't expect every repair to be straightforward. What I do expect is clear communication, proper management of the warranty process, and accountability when a repair costing more than $6,000 fails to resolve the original complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I spent thousands of dollars, my original problem remains unresolved, and I was left to deal with the financial and administrative consequences of a process that should have been handled much differently.
