I've never ordered anything from this company although my name is on the plastic bag the little box came wrapped in and the South Boyle Ave address was the only other thing on the package. It was small and had been taped down on each end. Inside was a small box that had a plastic plaque with 2 cats sitting in front of a fire place. The cat's names are spelled how I named them and they're not the traditional ways people usually spell them. One cat is alive and is here with me. The other cat is one that passed back in 2014. That cat was my "perfect cat" and I talk about him quite often. The living cat says "she still talks about you" and the cat that passed says "I know and I'm always here". This cat has visited me several times during the night. Now that I see this place is a scam it really creeps me out. How the heck did did anyone send this. As soon as I opened the package and saw the poor quality of this cheaply made "Whippet" dog scarf that I'd ordered as a gift for my daughter-in-la, I knew I'd been scammed! To top it off, as others have said here, there was NO company identified on the return address, so I Googled the address. There are several companies listed at that address, and of course, all of the phone numbers are "disconnected." No way to recupe my money, and I am at a loss on how to even report this -- which is how these scammers planned it. So, at least I can tell YOU -- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from any company at this address: 5215 S. Boyle Ave., Vernon, CA 90958. I think this particular item was purchased from Italia Gift via Facebook, but as I said, several company names are listed at this address, probably all under the umbrella of one company, most likely out of China since one of the names was a Chinese company. I saw on Facebook a mystery box for $9.95, looked at the website (sodaisy) and said ok i will take a chance, so I ordered the LARGE box at $35 plus $14.97 (total $49,.97) and waited. You order their product, they deposit your money immediately, within 5 minutes, then it takes 6+ weeks to arrive (they don't tell you it comes from Bulgaria), then it is damaged and if you want a refund you have to return item to Bulgaria, pay for shipping and include all documents, $30 to go through customs, then another month to get to destination.
