The bouncer then assumed this person was part of our group and refused us entry. At no point did anyone ask whether we knew him. When we tried to clarify, the bartender was dismissive and told us they wouldn't serve us because of our supposed association with him. No questions, no benefit of the doubt, just a blanket assumption. I understand that staff have to make quick judgment calls at the door, and I don't fault them for addressing the actual problem. What I take issue with is the refusal to spend ten seconds verifying who was actually involved before turning away a group of paying customers -- one of whom has spent a fair amount of money here over the years. The wings are good. The way the staff handled this was not. We won't be returning.
