Updating my 10 year old review…read more The soccer facility I played at moved, so I'm not here as often, and am definitely not closing the bar any longer. I do work in the area and we come for lunch and happy hour regularly. It's a minute from the Target, Lowe's, BJs shopping center and has a nice private lot. It's changed a bit in the last decade. They got rid of the 2 pool tables and now have more seating in the dining room. There is a full bar in this area as well, tho often closed unless it's really busy. What hasn't changed? The food is still tasty. Great smoked meats and amazing lunch specials during the week. They also do a great job hiring good servers here, efficient and personable. I think Marissa is the only server I've known long term, but Audrey waited on us today and was absolutely wonderful. Be sure to mention to her how much you love Audrey Hepburn, might score you a drink! The lunch specials are amazing. So amazing I don't even want to mention them because it already gets busy. The wings on Tuesday are too notch, second only to the burger deal in Thursdays. And if you like ribs head in on Wednesday.

Who knew that such a random find, would be such a highlight of me and my girls' evening? The only…read morereason why Perky's couldn't get a 5-star rating is because their ribs were sold out & that was most of what our table wanted to try. We did however, have their brisket, honey hot wings, fries, and their cheesesteak, all that we enjoyed. I also have an obsession with pickles and I loved their pickles, along with the selection of BBQ sauce being available. Not sure if I'd want to come again due to the location but the environment was nice - there were TVs around the building if you arrive during a football game but a good spot to go to! We went after a day of shopping at King of Prussia Mall.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The hostess called the evening before to ask if our party could go up stairs as they planned to seat us in the loft. While the phone call was very considerate, once we were in the loft, we felt forgotten by the server. We waited a long time each step and longest for our food, with two hungry little kids. Since the loft was out of the way, there was no opportunity for the server to pop in to check on us, and twice I had to walk downstairs to flag down someone for service. The only exception to the service was the bus boy with the water who was wonderfully diligent at keeping our glasses filled. Had he been in charge of food, instead of just water, it could have been a 5 star service experience.

This place has consistently good food, atmosphere, specialty drinks and most of all a friendly and cohesive staff. The dedicated staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction, complemented by an exceptional kitchen team. We started going to The Library on Friday nights to end our week and connect with our 9 year old daughter. We had the pleasure of having Frank as our first server--he was attentive, kind, and absolutely wonderful with our daughter. As the weeks went on we met Maria (another favorite person) who takes care of us most weeks - she's an absolute doll, exceptional and deeply professional all while leaving us feeling very well taken care of. Xhek, Axel, and Alina have cultivated an exceptional team culture, which shines through in the quality of their food and service. We really enjoy going there every week and very much look forward to our Friday nights at The Library not because we know we will eat well but that we will encounter the wonderful people who make this place a phenomenal establishment!

Great customers... lousy managers. Managers want to go home early, so they throw you out before…read moretheir own posted hours. The hours on their website and on the internet aren't the hours they keep. They close whenever they feel like it. The now post different hours on their door, than those on their website. It doesn't matter if you're holding a large sports bet and the game may end in 5 minutes... they tell you tough shit... they're closing in 3 minutes. Food prices went up dramatically since sports betting came in, and the menu is now minuscule... having eliminated many favorites such as omelettes.... club sandwiches..which you now have to walk on the other side of the building to order, French onion soup, and many others. As if this weren't bad enough, this place carries only 1... yes ONE Daily Racing Form. They have programs, that don't give the bettor nearly enough information, and if someone gets there and buys the one they have before you do, everyone else is shit outa luck. You can now bet on names and colors, or buy a "program" that doesn't give this serious handicap the information needed. Where the hell do they expect the horse player to buy a DRF Racing Form???? The answer according to them is ---that they do not always sell a lot, and they're worried about not getting a refund. Omg?? Really?? Worst place on earth to go if you're a bettor. You're much better off at the South Philly Turf Club. They actually have plenty of DRF Racing Forms....and programs, and they stay open for their posted hours on their website and the posted hours on the internet, so you can collect your money. AVOID THIS PLACE. I have to walk out with hundreds and hundreds of dollars of winning tickets, and come back another day to get my money. Sucks.

It doesn't get any manlier than the TC with all the smoking, cursing, and degenerates. Horse racing gamblers are the lowest form degenerate gambling life. Don't be scared if you're a noob the regulars will be too busy yelling obscenities at TV screens and answering the voices in their head to bother with you. There's a bar and the drinks are fairly priced. I've never eaten in the restaurant portion, but the snack bar segment is good as far as snack bars go. The Turf Club is fun because it's something different in the area.

Just remarkable speed and care. I had like five people ask me if I was good while I was waiting for a beer just the exact speed you want from a bar. This place is just remarkable. Also tried the food also great. The owners really care and it shows. Also comedy shows here were amazing !!!

It's a cool place that I wished I had more time to visit. What drew my interest the number of vegan options that they had on their menu. Vegan Nachos and Vegan Pizzas. There are also some handhelds as well. I was with a group of 35 at another restaurant that did not have vegan options so I called ahead, placed my order and picked it up around 6:30 pm. At that time, there was a good sized crowd inside and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I paid for my vegan pizza, and then without drawing too much attention to myself, walked into the restaurant and went to the second floor that was reserved for us. My pizza was excellent. The Vegan Blanco Vegan Mozzarella, Tofu Ricotta, Sauteed Spinach, EVOO, Garlic I haven't had pizza in about 3 months so i was definitely looking forward to it. I really enjoyed how they did the Tofu Ricotta the Vegan Mozzarella. My only critique is this - When working with vegan cheese - especially shredded, let it sit at room temperature before popping it in the oven. By doing this, you avoid the 'matchstick' look on the pizza. What happens is that the vegan cheese going from cold to hot is too extreme so it doesn't melt, or spread out - it essentially cooks / burns in place. Having worked with vegan cheese companies over the years, there is a misconception that it is bad to leave the vegan cheese outside on the countertop - not really, it's not cheese. I devoured my pizza and appreciated having a vegan option besides fries and a veggie medley.
