The pizza was great! I can't say the same for the service: At approximately 8:30 p.m. we were standing next in line waiting to place our order. One male employee was on the phone taking an order, and the female employee working this evening came up, clearly saw us waiting, and completely ignored us. Instead of asking if we had already been helped, she proceeded to take the order of the customer who had just walked up behind us. It was very frustrating and discourteous. We were actually about to walk out because of how we were treated, but fortunately the other employee finished his phone order and was able to help us. If you want customers to continue coming back, this employee could benefit from additional training in customer service and basic courtesy. A simple acknowledgment and asking whether we had already been helped would have made all the difference. read more

My daughters and I were visiting from Charleston, SC and this was our first time trying Italian Pie. We ordered a large half cheese/half bacon and ham and my kids said it was the best pizza they ever had in their life. I thought it was great, but I will think about the garlic knots everyday until the day I come back. Those were the most amazing, fluffiest, perfect ratio of flavor, and hands down the best I've ever had. Whomever makes them deserves not only a raise, but a hug. Seriously. I ordered a "THIN CRUST" BbQ pizza. It's supposed to have creamy bbq sauce , cheese, red onions, etc. Guess what?? Absolutely NO onions, almost no sauce, very sad situation. Live music on tuesdays and the dinner rush on Fridays, its focus on local hiring and the owner, Ralph's, wonderful menu diversity. Having had everything on the menu I can safely say that Italian Pie never disappoints, whether it's pizza, wings, subs, tacos, or pasta. Employees like Moe are another reason for Italian Pies pleasant atmosphere. He's constantly running around tending to everyone's needs and putting a smile on for everyone who comes to enjoy. My personal favorites are their Margarita Pizza, stuffed shells, and chicken Parm Sub. They also have an amazing packaged tiramisu however it is a little overpriced, I always find myself coming back for more. Italian Pie delivered to Elixir Brewing at no charge. I liked the pizza slice & it was affordable. The garlic rolls were the star according to my 8 year old son, who never met a pizza he did like. He devoured 2 rolls & only had 2 bites of the pizza. Then asked for another roll please. And delivery only took 10 minutes. Those slices are monsters. Less than $14 for all that. read more

Best pizza I've had in this area. Reminded me of Mamma Mia in NJ circa 2000s (when I lived there) The garlic knots are worth trying. It is garlicky- but that's how I like my bread. You have the option of ordering these flaky delights without the garlic (I've heard). They remind me of brioche to be honest. The spaghetti with meatballs were great too. The sauces on both the pizza and spaghetti are just on point - which is what defines a good Italian restaurants for me. The pizza was simply amazing, and what I want to have on my next visit. The wings were delivered to the table in a bowl of soup. The wings tasted awful, the only way I could eat them was to take a paper towel and wipe off all the souce. Our attempt to dine in the restaurant tonight, however, was weird and awkward. It was the least welcoming experience I think I've ever had in a restaurant. The two young boys behind the desk just stared at us when we walked in and didn't greet us or offer to seat us. This was our first time in, so we weren't sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. They kept making eye contact with us, then whispering to each other behind their hands. Super weird. At one point, one of them delivered something to a table less than two feet from us and still didn't acknowledge my family standing there.
