Has ordered here for many years and always liked I. They changed owners a year or 2 ago and it has gone steadily downhill: . I ordered about a week and a half ago from their website I ordered 2 roast beef and ham subs and 5 wings since the 2 sandwiches didn't meet the $15 minimum. There was a service fee and a delivery fee (which stated was not a tip for the driver) so after a tip for the driver my roughly $20 order is now $34. When the order came there was a little piece of ham on each sandwich and the (roast beef) looked like someone chewed it and spit it out on the bread. I immediately called the store they asked if I wanted them to remake it I told them no wanted a refund for the subs which was only $13 plus tax. The owner or manager called me later I told him what happened he said he would give me a refund he said he had to call door dash somehow the order got transferred to door dash but he would take care of it. Now 14 days later nothing no refund and now not returning my messages. I'd be willing to bet serious money the beef portion was chewed up and spit out on bread don't know if it was supposed to be funny or what. Will never order from them again read more

The staff were kind, courteous, and accurate with fulfilling the order as well as time estimated for arrival. I tipped the driver generously. I ordered a small pizza with an order of cheese breadsticks. The pizza had pepperoni and bacon as the toppings (with cheese of course). This has to be the blandest pizza I have ever eaten. The crust had the flavor profile of cardboard. It tasted like this place doesn't have any form of a spice in the entire restaurant. It seems like it would be hard to make pizza this bland, like one would have to go out of ones way to make it taste this bad. Not a hint of garlic, salt, oregano, or anything for that matter. The crust itself was doughy like an unflavored cookie, it wasn't undercooked, it was just flavorless. I don't know how one could even manage to make cheese, dough, pepperoni, and bacon taste flavorless but this place rose to the occasion. First time and Last time Customer! The only reason I am giving 1 star is that I must click on something. I ordered 2 subs 12" for delivery and one was COMPLETELY burnt on both sides of the bread. Plus you could smell the burnt bread when you opened the wrapper, and the order was delivered 15 minutes later than promised. The driver did not apologize either. When I called to get the burnt sub replaced, I was told no. Then I asked for a refund and I was told that they will give me a credit for another order at a later date. Unacceptable and poor customer service! After promises or looking into it and that the manager would call back, which he never did. I called for the 5th time and finally got a hold of a manager. He said that the credit was issued. 2 days later I did receive credit, then it was reversed! I called back yet again and was informed that the manager changed his mind and said that my NEXT order will receive the credit. I have no trust nor faith in this so-called promise.
