Glad to have Crust Pizza in the neighborhood! My family loves Crust Pizza, and our favorite is their thin, extra-crispy crust loaded with several toppings. I especially love their unique addition of nuts, it adds such a fun and delicious twist! I had to-go pizzas, and they were absolutely on point! Everything was fresh, crispy, and just the way we like it. The service was smooth with no issues at all. My wife and I stopped in to give this pizza a try. It was good, service was great. And we weee highly impressed. It did not last long though. Today we ordered Togo. Thin crust, extra crispy. We got a Margherita and Pepperoni Supreme. Margherita was fine just not extra crispy. The pepperoni pizza was not thin nor extra crispy. And I am still looking for the pepperoni. A large pizza had roughly 15 slices/pieces of pepperoni on it. Very disappointing. If you decide to try it. Dine in only. Getting something Togo will only disappoint. read more

Website was a bit of an annoyance to order food from, can't pin that on this location though. Opened 3 total tabs just to look at the menu and order. We ordered 2 BYO 10" pizzas on 5/10/26 for pickup. We live in Jordan ranch. We sat down to eat the pizzas 8 minutes after the pickup time and our food was room temperature bordering on cold. One had pizza sauce selected on the sauce section AND in the extra toppings section. We could not taste the sauce. The other pizza had pizza sauce selected and had marinara sauce in the toppings with special instructions to "use one of the available topping options for extra sauce" since there is no option for extra sauce or extra cheese on the website. This pizza was also very dry. Also, "normal crust" on the website is just a thin crust. Be warned. Overall the food was fine but I don't know if I'll try this again. I'm sure it's warm in house but with a thin crust and no sauce to hold a temp it was underwhelming and did not scratch the pizza itch. read more

So, today was my 6th time coming to this location as it's in area. The only Crust I've ever been too, and have loved it thus far. I get the same thing every time - refer to my Yelp photos. *Buffalo wings - all flats with ranch. When I went in for lunch today to order, I was told, "we can't do all flats." I said that's what I always get here. She said, "At this location?" She said I am trained by corporate we can't do that. I said I can provide photos of all the times I've come and that's how I get it. She's like let me text my boss. I showed a pic and she goes, "I don't know what that is." Snarky at that. I said um it's a picture of the food here. Her snark and scowl, I didn't even want a response from her boss. I said never mind and asked her name because never experienced the rudeness of anyone like her before on my visits but it's enough I won't come back. Thanks for the snark, Sherry. Ordered pickup of a few items, got home and missing one item, went back to the restaurant within 10 mins and they did not believe I was missing anything. One of the items was tomato basil soup, what I got seemed to be some marinara sauce, very thick and paste looking. Wasted the return trip there and the money for the soup I never got or their soup is pasty and could not eat anyway as it tastes like marinara sauce. of course the customer was not right, they knew better read more

True story - after messing up our order AND refusing a refund AND making us drive back to get the correct pizza, they handed me back my old pizza not two minutes after I returned! I don't blame the kids working, the manager told them to do all of the above. Finally, the worst part, the pizza was just OK - there is a noticeable difference between the pizza here and Cinco Ranch. We ordered a pizza and a pasta. After we finish eating the pizza , the pasta is still not ready. When I went up to the counter and kitchen, no one knows who is cooking and where that order is. This is now 50 minutes at the restaurant and we are still waiting. I would suggest not to come here as the restaurant is not ready to serve customers. I heard that this place had just opened up so I decided to give it a try and Whoa was it good! Kenneth was helpful and patient with me as I said it was first time there. I ended up ordering the garlic knots and The Blanco pizza. The garlic knots had the perfect balance of garlic, herbs and crispiness while the The Blanco had a crispy thin crust, a light sauce and fresh aroma tomatoes, spinach, red onions and olive oil. You can really taste the freshness of the toppings. I ordered it to go but the inside was inviting and they also have weekly specials. I would not recommend this place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. The staff at the front desk had a strange, almost smug attitude that made it feel like I wasn't welcome there. The cleanliness was also a big issue. The seats looked visibly dirty, and the drink station was a mess. The men's restroom was in terrible condition when I used it. it honestly looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The food didn't make up for any of it either. It was very average, and you could probably get the same quality from somewhere like Pizza Hut for less money. To make matters worse, my food was served cold and the pizza crust was soggy. Overall, between the uncomfortable service, poor cleanliness, and mediocre food, I wouldn't recommend this place. 0/10 read more
