I've visited Crust Pizza in different parts of Houston many times and have always had great experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. I arrived at this location at 11:30 a.m., but the doors were still locked. There was only one employee inside working, while the rest of the staff were outside talking and wiping tables. No one greeted me or acknowledged that customers were waiting. The only person who seemed interested in helping was the employee making the pizzas, and I appreciate her taking my order. However, the overall experience felt disorganized. This doesn't seem like a staffing issue as much as a training and management issue. This pizza was amazing! One of the best pizzas I have ever had actually. The flavor options are so unique in my opinion. I also loved the stuffed crust option. I had the personal potato head pizza which tasted to me like a loaded baked potato or stuffed potato wedge, but on a pizza! The service was quick and staff is so nice as well. Quite enjoyable! Uber Eated this one in search of a pizza a tier above Domino's. I would say Crust certainly is one. I am happy with the variety of pre-built topping choices and the fact that they allow for half-and-half pizzas with multiple crust options. Went here with family about a month ago, and I guess I forgot to write the review. The service was not great, none of the open tables were clean, so we had to ask the staff multiple times to clean the table (It was moderately busy). The pizzas were not great at all, we were not happy. The crusts that we got were clearly frozen and prepackaged, and the topping and sauce were not notable in taste or quality. The next time I want frozen pizza I will eat digiorno's. Strangely it looked like the other customers got much better looking pizzas than us. On their website they claim "our signature crust is prepared from a scrumptious combination of the finest flour and organic olive oil." Highly doubtful. Overall this was disappointing. read more

Highly disappointed in our experience at Crust today. We stopped by this location to ask about the Veteran's Day special promoted on Instagram (@crustpizzaco), but the employee at the counter said he had no idea what we were talking about. I even showed him the post, yet he insisted no one had informed him and refused to honor it. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me he was the manager and didn't offer any explanation or apology. We called two other nearby locations, and both also said they weren't participating in the promotion. It's frustrating to see something advertised across your official social media if none of your stores are actually honoring it. We've been regular customers at Crust Co, but this experience will definitely make us think twice about returning. read more

We were greeted by a super friendly cashier who explained the rewards process, menu AND helped my 9 yr old find the perfect pepperoni pizza for her.
