I've visited Crust Pizza in different parts of Houston many times and have always had great experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. I arrived at this location at 11:30 a.m., but the doors were still locked. There was only one employee inside working, while the rest of the staff were outside talking and wiping tables. No one greeted me or acknowledged that customers were waiting. The only person who seemed interested in helping was the employee making the pizzas, and I appreciate her taking my order. The tables were also sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. On a positive note, once my order was taken, the food came out quickly. However, the overall experience felt disorganized. This doesn't seem like a staffing issue as much as a training and management issue. With better leadership, customer service, and attention to detail, this location could provide the same great experience I've come to expect from other Crust Pizza locations. I was excited to visit because it's a beautiful location with a lot of potential, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience. read more

Quite enjoyable! Uber Eated this one in search of a pizza a tier above Domino's. I would say Crust certainly is one. I am happy with the variety of pre-built topping choices and the fact that they allow for half-and-half pizzas with multiple crust options. Went here with family about a month ago, and I guess I forgot to write the review. The service was not great, none of the open tables were clean, so we had to ask the staff multiple times to clean the table (It was moderately busy). The pizzas were not great at all, we were not happy. The crusts that we got were clearly frozen and prepackaged, and the topping and sauce were not notable in taste or quality. The next time I want frozen pizza I will eat digiorno's. Strangely it looked like the other customers got much better looking pizzas than us. On their website they claim "our signature crust is prepared from a scrumptious combination of the finest flour and organic olive oil." Highly doubtful. Overall this was disappointing. read more

Highly disappointed in our experience at Crust today. We stopped by this location to ask about the Veteran's Day special promoted on Instagram (@crustpizzaco), but the employee at the counter said he had no idea what we were talking about. I even showed him the post, yet he insisted no one had informed him and refused to honor it. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me he was the manager and didn't offer any explanation or apology. We called two other nearby locations, and both also said they weren't participating in the promotion. It's frustrating to see something advertised across your official social media if none of your stores are actually honoring it. We've been regular customers at Crust Co, but this experience will definitely make us think twice about returning. read more

This is pretty good pizza! We ordered on line for pickup. They have delivery but I thought I'd save money and get a hot pizza if I sent my son out for pickup. The Pizza was great but cold. Not the restaurant's fault because I didn't put my phone number on the order so my son waited in his car until the pizza was cold. Note to self: make sure you put your contact info on pick up orders! Holy Moly! This Crust location was amazing. The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the garlic knots, The Carl's King pizza, The Margherita pizza and a Chicken Alfredo. Everything was delicious. The service was impeccable. Tommy was on it. We sat outside because we brought our dog. It was a very nice covered area. Tommy even brought a bowl of ice water for the dog. The pizza also had barely any sauce or toppings on it, yet it was extremely greasy and I had to dab it 3 napkins to soak up the greasy oil. Comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your Pizza Pie! I always stop by when I am in this part of Houston. Had a few SLICES, and then took the rest home. Manager is always, and I mean always friendly. He has personally waited on me each and every time I have visited this location. I do not care for Pizza when it is cut into "Squares". So, I always request it to be cut into (8) SLICES, the way a Pizza should be. (Ha) Of course when the Pizza came to the table, the communication of the "SLICES" instead of "Squares" got lost, because I did not get SLICES. The server informed the Manager, and the Manager came over to tell me that they would quickly get another Pizza started, and that I could keep the other one as well.
