Omg, the pizza was so gross! As soon as it came out and we saw it, we knew it was going to taste bad. I've had better pizza out of a grocery store freezer. Ugh! Take it back.

Food was so so, won't be back. The 1 star is because NO ONE had their mask on. Customers did coming in but waitress, cashier, and cooks did not. I asked our waitress and she offered to get hers from the car but also said she wears it often but not at work since she would have to wear it all day with her asthma. She was sincere in her response but when the other employee out hers on after discussing us the other woman out loud said she would not be putting on her mask. I mean come on, it's Covid and no one wants that sh*!.

We came at a good time, after our orders were in the place filled up super fast so we thought they must have good food here! We didn't have to wait long for our food, pretty average 15-20 min. I was not that enthusiastic about my 10" extra cheese and pepperoni pizza. It was very greasy from the pepperoni and the cheese wasn't melted as much in the middle as I would have liked it. The crust was delicious though!! However I could only eat one slice because it filled me up quick and I know all that grease would've made me sick. BUT my mom got a meatball parmesan sub and it was absolutely delicious! I only had a taste of the onion rings and fries and they were delicious too! I would come back again!

Wonderful little Italian restaurant that I had no idea was around - till I found it on Yelp! Really glad I did. My wife had the lasagna, and I had the shrimp and broccoli fettuccini; nice big portions of both (they have boxes for the leftovers), and the taste was AMAZING. The ranch for the included-with-your-meal salad was different than I was used to, but it was very good. I thought the food was very reasonably priced as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, and will likely be back.

This is a gem! Cons: No AC it was so hot to sit inside Lack of diversity (the customers) Pros: The best food I have had in the longest time. When I say my family and I had the best time eating here, I mean it. We could not believe the quality was that good. The prices are even better and comes in plenty of quality you will have enough for leftovers. Here is what we ordered: 24 piece hot wings with ranch Cheese steak Fat boys (10 piece: 1 with mushroom and onions and another with spinach and green peppers.) this comes with two free toppings Kids meals spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything was perfectly made, best ingredients, and perfect combination. I would recommend this to everyone. The customer service was also really good: I ended up cancelling my order because I was so full from everything else, they had no problems taking it off the bill.

We were passing through on our way to DC and wanted to try something local. We thought it might be a good "hole in the wall" restaurant. It wasn't great. They were out of small and individual pizza crusts and so we had to order up if we wanted a pizza. Our waitress was friendly and I had the Fat Boy with pepperoni and bacon on her recommendation. It was okay. The sauce that came with it was a little bland and watery. I found a plastic bristle in my Fat Boy from a brush probably used to spread oil or butter so that kind of curbed my appetite. My son liked the cheese pizza, but it didn't look like anything special. If I was a local, I would probably give it a second chance, but I would not go out of my way to come back here.

There was no one, and I mean no one either in the convenience store or the Godfather Pizza section. The older woman that works there finally greeted me, but specifically saying, I can only make you a pepperoni pizza or cheese pizza...I could see their cold line was fully stocked (so couldn't mean they were out of product), and again NO ONE was in the store, so couldn't be because they were busy, it boils down to one thing, she simply didn't feel like "working" by having to make a pizza, and she obviously didn't want to do anything...LAZY! I simply walked out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE

I was here in Shenandoah on a mini getaway staying in a small town nearby. It was a holiday weekend so many places were closed or closing early! Also with covid and not being familiar of the area, we weren't sure what take out was like for some places so we thought you can't go wrong with pizza and we are SO GLAD we thought that way or we wouldn't have discovered this place. We ordered The Godfather which was a very decent size for two people to share and it was a meat lovers. We were pleasantly happy with their pizza. Cashier was super nice and friendly too! A plus! The gas station sells beer. So if you're ever I the area and looking for pizza, this is the place to go!

The pizza was absolutely delicious--easily the best we've had while we've been here. But whatever you do... DO NOT leave without ordering the cheesy bread! It is hands-down some of the best we've ever had and is an absolute must-try. What really set this place apart, though, was the incredible customer service. From the manager, Heidi, to our server, Christine, and every single employee we interacted with, everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Unfortunately, that level of hospitality has been surprisingly hard to find in the area, so walking into Pizza Luca was such a refreshing experience. They made us feel like valued guests from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Fantastic food, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares about their customers. We will absolutely be back the next time we're in town. One more thing worth mentioning... this place is incredibly kid-friendly! While they don't have a dedicated kids' menu, there are plenty of options that kids will love, like pizza and spaghetti. But what really won our boys over was the sweet surprise at the end of the meal--they each got an adorable little rubber ducky to take home! Such a simple gesture, but it absolutely made their day. It's those little touches that show how much they genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommend!!
