I ordered dinner tonight which was their special large pizza one topping, breadsticks and an appetizer sampler. The pizza was great as usual the breadsticks which I ordered with cheese was under done and i don't know when the last time they changed their fry oil was but the app sampler was completely burnt. The chicken nuggets were hard as rocks and the chicken wings were black almost and very tough. I've never had bad food here until tonight and I drove all the way from Front Royal to grab dinner here. Overall, just ok. Not great, but passable - especially for small town dining. We were visiting my sister in town, with four kids in tow, and figured we should probably have pizza or something easy. This place was close by so we decided to give it a shot. On the good side - the garlic knots and fried mushrooms off the appetizer menu were delicious! Marinara sauce was a bit sweeter than I typically like it, but not too bad. At least flavorful. Then we ordered several of their Sicilian deep dish pizzas. I like the idea of the deep dish, the sausage, onion and mushroom one that we ordered was actually pretty good. The veggie pizza on the other hand, that was a different story. About half of the vegetables were fresh and then half of them were canned. It made for a very greasy kind of pizza, especially when you're ordering a veggie pizza to be healthier even though that's a bit of a misnomer. :) We probably wouldn't visit again. There are some other places in the area that look like they might be more fun to try. But if you are in a position where you have a lot of kids who need to be fed RIGHT NOW and it's the end of the day, the pizza here is ok at least. read more

I want to leave a 5 star so bad. But I just can't. Their delivery has been so bad. I know they are busy and even with COVID they have gotten busier with people wanting delivery. It's been few times delivery took over 1.5 hours. Food cold. It's been over a year since we have gotten a delivery in under a hour. And I live a 2 miles away. I choose delivery because I work and while we wait for food we do homework. We will try them again in a few months read more

A great little restraunt in strassburg. I had the steak and cheese with fries which was phenomenal. The staff is so friendly, the bread appetizer and dessert are phenomenal. What a nice lunch spot. If you are n town this by far is highly recommended. read more

We stayed overnight in Strasburg on our way to Mount Vernon. Strasburg has a number of Italian restaurants and we chose Anthony Jrs. at random. You order at the counter, deli style, and they bring it to your table. Probably the best chicken Parmesan I've ever eaten. My Don gave me a slice of his pizza and it was good too. Despite being a long-time local resident, I had never tried Anthony Jr's Pizza. After my experience, it will probably be the last time too. Disappointing as Anthony Jr's came highly recommended. We ordered a medium pepperoni with extra cheese. Also ordered was a calzone. The calzone had very little meat, sauce and mozzarella. There was pleanty of ricotta and ham. It was just gross though. As far as the pizza goes there was no way the pizza had extra cheese and again, there was minimal pepperoni added to the pizza. Maybe I got spoiled from making my own pizza at home from scratch. I ordered a sausage parmigiana sub. I think there might have been maybe one sausage cut up and spread out on the bread. Three bites that I took had no sausage in it at all. Traveling through and needed dinner before pushing on north to home. Super friendly and clean. One of the employees brought out a couple of zeppolies while we wait for our pizza. Cheerful, bright, and clean interior. I've tried a handful of their entree dishes and they're just fine. The pizza is a solid 4 - the only disappointment I've had was ordering a Hawaiian pizza, it was just very lack luster. But the calzones are AMAZING. They look to be well run and happy employers. The two times I've eaten in, my toddler has been fascinated by watching them make the pizzas and they always indulge her - flipping the crust into the air and the like. Even if it was more expensive than it is (and it really is a fairly priced menu), I would come in again and again because they clearly care about their customers. read more

Ehh; they used to be just awesome - slowly started to lose quality, taste, and good service about 2 years ago. Their cheesesteaks are still amazing, but it's rare they're actually made as ordered. The pizza tends to always be soggy and undercooked: yuck! read more

Since they changed ownership and management, they have reduced their menu and table service. What they do serve is still good, but I do miss the expanded menu. Their dessert menu is very disappointing (no tiramisu!). If all you want is a good sandwich or pizza, you can't go wrong here. But for an expanded menu, go to Castiglia's up the street. read more

This place is our go to about 2 times a week. We usually get their daily special once a week and on Thursdays we get the 3 topping large pizza. We've had the Sicilian Pizza, meatball subs, Italian hot cuts, sausage parm, Stromboli, and my favorite go to is the grilled chicken salad because they give me lots of lettuce, which I want when I get a salad.
