The ambiance is pleasant, though the place gets noisy when full. IB sells many wines at reasonable prices. We had a bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio for $21. Entrees come with soup or salad and two types of yummy bread. For entrees we ordered specials Seafood Riviera $29 and Salmon Scampi $27. Relish! It was decorated so nicely for Christmas!! The server was so kind but the service was so slow. Other tables were being sat, got their dinner and would leave before we got our appetizers and then it happened again while we waited for dinner. Not sure if they forgot to put our order in but I've never experienced a restaurant taking that long. It wasn't that packed! As for the food, the bacon wrapped scallops were yummy and the pasta fagioli soup was good. However, I did not enjoy the taste of the clams which I eat often. Not sure if I got a yucky one. The menu had veal sorrentino but I'm not a big veal fan so asked for them to switch it to chicken and they accommodated that with no issue. But the sauce wasn't very flavorful. Always my favorite Italian in the area and a long time customer. Just got a side of meatballs and a side of sausage to go. Meatballs were fantastic, however the sausage was dry and casing was so tough!! Cmon guys you can do better! read more

The place is unassuming when you walk in as it has a pizzeria look on the front bit a very nice dinning room in the back, I was a party of 3. We had the pasta fagioli and was delicious for entrée we had veal saltimbucca, lobster ravioli and chicken parmesan all was delicious.. We have found the food to be consistently delicious, generous portions and reasonably priced even on holidays! The only thing that could use an upgrade ( for me) is their Cappuccino! I like a foamy top ( not whipped cream) and a little stronger coffee. Their desserts are delicious too. They recently gave the restaurant an interior update by painting, adding new drapes, table linens etc. Don't be fooled by the "Pizzeria exterior " as it is deceiving. They have a huge following of regular customers and are setup to handle groups. The staff are trained to handle it all and have worked there for a while. read more

We order from Italy's best all the time. Today we called, and were rudely told they dont deliver to us (?), They only go to Northhampton, but we are two blocks away from that street. First off it's a pizzeria that thinks it's a high-end Italian Which it definitely is not these are not pizzeria prices and if you want to charge the higher prices, you should have proper bread, not dough you cooked in your pizza oven soup was watery and not very good. In a strip mall, half the place is old school Pizza and the other half is restaurant. We sat in the restaurant and had a great time. We started with salads and I had the pasta facile. Loved all Of it, but it was a lot of soup! For mIn courses i had the rigatoni Sicilian which came with eggplant. My wife had the chicken piccata. My mom had shrimp franchise, and the kids had Penne ala Vodka and the other Chicken Fingers. All wasGoods. The piccata and the pene ala vodka stood out. My rigatoni was good but needed more flavor. Add a glass or two of wine and it was a solid meal. Service was good, although they were busy. My main complaint is the decor. Plain room, good food. They need to amp up the decor. We walked in thinking this was a pizza place, nope! I pizza place and full restaurant! They have slices up front then a huge restaurant in the back. It's pretty good Italian food. 4 stars for very slow service and not the most traditional Italian but nonetheless, a great spot that you won't be disappointed by. The slices and bread service are the MVP in my eyes. They have all the slices you could want from traditional to the different Jersey styles {salad pizza!} My husband loved the cheesesteak slice! Unfortunately I did not like Italys best Italian dishes. However, They do have very good pizza and bread but the chef really could use a lesson from an Italian person on how to cook these dishes... came to dine in around October 20th 2024. Dinner entrées come with your choice of soup or salad and they bring fresh bread to the table with butter which was soft and warm very good! The salad was also pretty good. It came w onions, tomatoes, cucumbers it was fresh no complaints. Besides they do not have balsamic vinaigrette. The food didn't take very long and came out shortly after the salads were taken away. I ordered manicotti except I asked for vodka sauce instead of just red sauce. I came out covered in melted cheese with huge sundried tomatoes and a ton of onions! I get onions are in sauce but this was huge chunks of onions no where's did it mention that or the sundried tomatoes but no biggie so I started to pick them aside and cut a piece of my pasta (which comes filled with ricotta cheese and should have Italian seasoning)... I have no idea what filling they use but it's not a standard Italian one. The filling is so sweet, covered in all this cheese it totally killed the dish. I was able to get down half of one and couldn't eat anymore it started to resemble an omelette to me and was grossing me out. I was so disappointed. My son also got baked ziti almost the same filling inside that we threw it all away. Total waste of money... very disappointing the other people in our party that got subs or pizza said they liked their food so I would steer clear of the dishes and just get pizza or subs. read more

We had a party of 12 for dinner last night which can have its own challenges. We were a lovely group and enjoyed a lot of laughs. Everyone at our table finished there meals except two and they took home for another meal. Everyone agreed the meals were good and portions were reasonable. Our waiter/bartender gave us wonderful service. I find the staff here is always friendly and they are hard workers. Atmosphere can be loud but thats when the dining room is full.
