They don't have traditional salsa with their chips. You get a thick chip with some sauces that you can squirt onto the chip. You can order pico de gallo with chips for 8.50. The pico was very fresh and chunky. My ex ordered some street tacos. She only ate one. I took the other one home. I got the enchiladas suiza filled with shredded chicken. Served with a traditional green sauce, black beans, and rice. Also topped with a little sour cream and avocado. Very authentic. Food was prepared quick and service is friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly I did not grab some but I did order their guacamole and flautas which were really good. The guacamole is creamier and smoother than I've had, but still super tasty. The flautas used ground chicken and not shredded like I'm used to. Not sure if I like it that way, but everything was Delcious and filling. Great authentic Mexican in Lake Como. I've been living in Belmar for two years and never knew about this place. Loved the outdoor patio located in the back. The main dining area has a bar and is very festive. My one pet peeve about this place is the salsa. I did not like it at all. I prefer the traditional chunky style salsa with ribs of cilantro. They serve theirs in a squeeze bottle and it's very watery. Please change your recipe. Your food is too good to have bad salsa. lol With that being said the Fajitas are amazing!! I ordered the chicken, shrimp and beef. I comes out sizzling hot on a cast iron plate. As is should. lol It's a great size portion and comes with rice, beans and guacamole. It is one of the best fajitas I've ever had. I will definitely return and I have already referred friends and family. I may need to byos bring my own salsa next time. lol read more
