Great drinks not too strong. They ran out of lava cake though. I just got fries and pretty drink. I would go back and try food. It was just a Thursday night and there were people there and it's really pretty inside. read more

Came out on a random night out with friends, surprised they had open seats but we stayed the night! Probably one of the best hookahs I have had love 66 10/10, it was much easier to order bottles of prosecco than ordering individual drinks, the DJ was great had a great mix of music playing and the service was top! It's great to see the island has a great spot to come out and hang out! read more

Waited almost an hour for a hookah. When I asked about it, they forgot what I ordered. One of the waitress was super nice and gave us complementary drinks for the inconvenience. If it wasn't for that, I would've gave it a 1 star. This place is super nice inside. read more

We spent my friend's birthday at Boulevard since it was a new spot and the lounge was absolutely beautiful. The drinks were so good but at park avenue NY prices. The appetizers I thought needed some help. The sliders were not good at all, with a piece of meat the size of a quarter so it was mostly bread. I was not impressed with the food. However overall the place was nice for music and drinks. read more

Walked to front to get a drink at the bar, 6 adults dressed nicely after having dinner next door. They wouldn't let us in. They said they were fully booked. Wouldn't let us stand at the bar and get a drink. It was 9:50pm. The bouncer tells us " oh maybe you should come back at 10 and I can get you in." Soooo just tell us it's a ten minute wait!!! 10/10! I'm absolutely obsessed with this spot! The atmosphere is always vibrant and intimate, with comfortable seating areas that make you feel like you're in a luxurious oasis. The hookah selection is incredible, with unique and delicious flavors that are expertly prepared by the friendly and attentive staff. What really sets the place apart from other lounges though, is the exceptional service. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations or answer questions. Left a review and they deleted it, so I'm leaving another one. be careful this place just cares about money they don't care for customers at all. food drinks and hookah are ok but they will act nice to you just to make you spend $ because that's all they care for. Also they made me pay a check that was not even mine even after I repeatedly said the check is not mine what a senseless place. Workers flirt with customers and very unprofessional. This is the same reason their DJ quit because he is done with their bs. looks nice on the outside but when you really get to know them you will see why to never come here again. read more

Absolutely amazing lounge!! My friends and I went here and the staff were very welcoming. The drinks were also phenomenal. The waiters really knew their stuff. It almost feels like you're in New York City!! We need more places like this on Staten Island. I can't wait to come here for my graduation celebration on 7/20!! read more

Pros: beautiful place, love the cool lighting, beautiful marble tables floors and swanky chandeliers with comfortable lounge seating and decent amount of tables throughout the lounge. Definitely liked the manhattan vibes, even the bathrooms in the hallway were elegant with beautiful walls mirrors and toiletries. I appreciate how clean the place is. The drinks were amazing, loved the espresso martinis and old fashioned for less than $20. Bartender and owner was sooo nice. I also appreciate their extensive hookah menu. The music is good here, house latin mix and some european music ( place is albanian owned so go figure, as a russian patron I like this style of music). Getting in without a reservation was no problem. They do observe a dress code so bear that in mind . Very classy and safe place, I appreciate the host pulling the chairs out for me like a gentleman. cons: I did appreciate them showing the tyson fight here but their multiple tvs made streaming confusing since the timing was different on each tv. Connection was also poor on some tvs but netflix may have been the culprit not the lounge. Their dinner menu also looked rather small, I get the sense it is more tapas style. I think they could incorporate cool food here like sushi , ceviche or steak. It has more of a Mediterranean vibe thus far. Closing hours are also confusing, they tried to close up after the tyson fight ended around 12:30 but on a Friday night i would expect a lounge to try to keep operations going past midnight so people can have more drinks and enjoy the dancefloor and hookah. There is so much potential to make this place as fun as a nightclub without having to travel to manhattan. I hope people give this place a chance, I would certainly come back here to celebrate special occasions or unwind after work. read more

What an ideal addition to Staten Island--a much-needed spot to get a drink, some appetizers, or--believe it or not--just my morning coffee, which is priced lower than a Starbucks coffee. Ambiance is lovely; it's quickly become a popular spot that's affordable, convenient, and gives you the impression that you're somewhere else. I also had a try at their hookah, which was a fun way to spend the evening! A friend and I decided to pop in after a movie and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a Thursday night, small spot & not too packed (maybe three or four tables filled) including us. We didn't come to eat, but a decent selection of food can't rate it because I haven't tried it yet. we had a couple of drinks and they were delicious. The aesthetics are absolutely stunning. Kudos to whoever decorated. The waiter was a doll was very informative that they were new and told us customer favorites. We will definitely be back! read more
