This was certainly the case when we decided to upgrade my daughter's iPad. For some strange reason, after migrating her profile into the new iPad, you could only message certain contacts on the new iPad despite having functioned without issue on the old iPad. After explaining this to the gentleman working there he had it functioning perfectly within 5 minutes of me walking in there. I've been here a couple times and I really love the service! The first time I was hearing a weird rattling noise coming from my PC. I brought in my PC and told them about the issue, and they figured it out within a couple days. One of my fans was old and needed replacing, and they replaced it and my PC was finally back to normal for only $45. Quick and easy! The second time, I brought in my old laptop that had a damaged and leaking screen. I wanted to see what it would take to replace or fix the screen, and the next day I got my answer. My laptop had a touch screen so it would be very expensive to replace, and they said it would cost about $450 or I could just keep using the laptop with an external monitor if I needed to, since the laptop itself was working fine. I chose not to replace the screen and they didn't even charge me. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful they are! read more

Great service. Frank replies really quick which I why I chose to go to this place even though it is a drive from me. Other places were closer but the customer service here is stellar. Replaced my Mac battery because it gave me the 'needs servicing' alert and he got the part for me and replaced it in about 2 hours and cleaned the insides of my computer, the fan. I never thought I would need a computer repair until I needed it with my PC not being able to boot, and long and behold that I stumbled upon this business with great reviews. They have lived up to the expectation. I reached out on the phone, and Hong helped throughout my concerns but advised me to stop by, and he was able to provide me with a reasonable quote. I was very apprehensive about how expensive my PC repair would be. Hong reassured me and guided me through each process of what things were going to cost before I accepted the service, and I felt assured with what I was getting myself in for to move forward on this repair. As I stopped by to pick up my PC after it was fix, I got the most excellent service I can get as a newbie in the PC world. I was not sure the full reason of why my PC acted the way it did and foreshadowing it was one of my external storage is that caused this issue. As this resulted my PC to go back to the same issue as soon as I connected it when I came back home. I panicked and called Hong about this and Hong was very kind and professional, and was willing to see my PC the following day. As I left my PC the second time he was able to fix the issue further and advise me to bring all my external USB's that I plug-in and each pinpoint what was the issue as we were able to identify it. The best way to approach looking back on hindsight is to not touch anything and call Hong as soon as things happen but unfortunately troubleshooting the issue myself, made it worse and Hong was able to go back each step and fix it. Overall, Hong was very patient and extremely professional and has helped me a lot throughout my process as I gone through series of panic in the past 2 days as I really love my gaming PC while learning as much as I can throughout my journey. This establishment offers reasonable pricing and professional service with patience for clients like me newbies in the PC world. My USB C charging port was broken by my son, asked a few places and told it was not fixable. Best buy required $85 just for shipping and unknown if it's doable. ITC explained that USB C is hard to be replaced but they would try to replace a different charing port or to switch a mother board within reasonable price so my 1.5 year old computer can still be used. Let me start by simply saying Frank at ITC is by far, the most qualified, honorable, intelligent professional in overall computer knowledge I have met in quite a long time. I am a digital tech nerd but not trained in computer repair, programming, or advanced tech. I have been fortunate to have a friend who's overly qualified in a professional careers at Microsoft. But he is far and I don't like taking up his time. Recently, my HP had been getting slower and causing all kinds of issues. Frank got back to me within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. By Sunday evening, he had found the issue and gave me a fair (and reasonable) price to install a new hard drive. He said it would be ready by Monday at 1:00pm. He called me at 1:00pm to confirm it was done. It was smokin' fast. Everything worked great. I had a glitch with my Microsoft Outlook due to one of my email clients (google login was causing an issue) My Google account also was causing an issue with Chrome. I had issues with this prior and just wanted it fixed. Frank offered to pick up, backup, and wipe my hard. He actually was very accommodating and was pretty much willing to do it at no extra cost. He again, was able to get everything running smooth. In fact, he pretty much handed me a brand new computer all ready to go with my Microsoft and Google pre setup. I had a USB port stop working in my computer that I use solely for work and can't work without it. I called ITC and they had me bring it in. In just a couple hours, they were able to tell me what the problem was and ways I could work in the meantime using other ports since the problem was with a chip on the motherboard and would be very expensive to fix. I was able to get the accessories they suggested and avoid paying a hefty price!! When I picked up my computer, they were able to show me and explain to me in detail what the issue was.
