TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Took my iPhone in to be fixed. Heidi the owner was the one that did the repair on my phone. She did not place my screen in the phone properly. The screen was lifting out of the phone. This cause more damage to the phone and HEIDI REFUSED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THE SITUATION. When i asked them to correct my screen the wanted me to pay an extra $100 to fix it. I'm very dissatisfied and i have to go days without my work phone. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE in West Columbia to get any work done. Britt is most clumsy person to do work and Hailey is most unprofessional to talk to customers. I think they care only about their nails rather than doing the actual work. Workmanship is so poor and arrogance is highest in both of the ladies. NO ONE SHOULD GO THERE!! I will never ever go there and will give them ZERO stars always. Please think million times before going there as they will mess up your work and will deny later. Not truthful. I took my iPad pro 12.9 to get the screen fixed last year. They changed it the digitizer and screen. When I picked it up, the touch screen wasn't working. They took it back in and kept it fulor a few days, called and said I could come get it. It has worked fine since then. Last week, the touch screen stopped working again. I took it in, paid the $25 diagnostic fee, and waited for the callback. They called back shortly thereafter and said it was water damage. The digitizer and screen would have to be replaced. $300. I know it's not water damage because it sits on my desk and is only used to edit pictures. With as fast as they called back, there was no way way they could have opened it to check for a loose cable. It's easy to say water damage. Less money in fixing a loose cable than replacing the digitizer. The screen comes on and lights up fine. I went to then because they were the only place to work on an iPad pro 12.9. I just wanted honesty. Not the generic answer. They wouldn't even talk to me when I picked it up. read more

I took my iPhone to get the cracked back glass replaced only with no other issues at the time. The technician damaged the housing on the phone when repairing the back glass and the side buttons stopped working. When I noticed this, the company offered to replace the part they damaged and I had to wait a few more days to get the phone back. When I got the phone back the second time, we noticed there seemed to be some adhesive/sealant missing around the edges. Everything worked at the time so I didn't think anything of it.. But over the next few days, the screen randomly started popping out of place from the other half of the phone. This would happen from just placing the phone on a counter or table....it wasn't even being dropped. When this happened, I called the technician and asked why the phone would be popping out of place like that. The technician responded by saying they don't use the same adhesive as Apple and it's not as strong. I asked the technician if they think that may have caused the screen popping apart from the other half of the phone, and they said I would have to speak with the owner about this because the cost of the repairs is more than she could authorize. The owner did not contact me about this matter and I had to follow up with them two days later. The owner refused to accept any accountability for damaging the phone and would not cover the cost of replacing the screen. They offered a partial discount on the repair, but they should have covered the entire cost since they caused the issue. read more
