HORRIBLE PLACE in West Columbia to get any work done. Britt is most clumsy person to do work and Hailey is most unprofessional to talk to customers. I think they care only about their nails rather than doing the actual work. Workmanship is so poor and arrogance is highest in both of the ladies. NO ONE SHOULD GO THERE!! I bought an iPod with them, the same day I had to return it because the battery is damaged, their policy is a fraud, they charge you $ 50 to return a device they sell, apparently they don't check electronic devices before selling it. To see if it works properly, saying to you that you have the option to send it in for repair, if you buy a device that day and the same day that it starts with a problem, they should return the full money that will not wait for days to see if the device was repaired correctly, this place is a scam and I do not recommend it. read more

BEWARE: This place will rip you off. I took my iPhone there once to fix a cracked screen. They quoted $119 over the phone. The next time I had issues with the screen coming on they charged me $119 plus $25 diagnostic fee. Not sure what the diagnostic fee was for when it was clear that there was something wrong with my screen. However, I was in a rush and just paid them. Two weeks later my wife was experiencing screen issues. They charged her $139 to replace the screen. Then a few days later the new screen was giving her issues. She had my mom in-law drop the phone off thinking that it was under warranty. They charged her another $139 to replace the screen which wasn't cracked. Nor did my wife drop the phone. This place is a complete rip off and pray on people in a rush and need to get their phones fix immediately. Beware! Don't let this happen to you. read more

Took my iPad in to fix a cracked screen and a broken worn out charging port. Called first for a quote. Was told probably wouldn't be ready until the next day. Went to the store to drop my iPad off, and spoke with Jose, the gentleman I had spoken with over the phone initially. Within two minutes of being in the store he saved me over $50 for the cost of a cracked screen. I had forgotten that my husband had put a tempered glass protector on it, and that's what had broken. Jose didn't have to tell me, he could have just charged me the price to replace the screen without me knowing. But he didn't. Thanks so much! This store has fixed my I phone in the past. But, the last time I was in, I was buying my son a cell phone case. They have a program where you buy a glass screen cover/protector for $10 and for another $10 you buy an unlimited warranty. If it ever cracks they will replace the protector free of charge. I had brought my phone in twice since and they have replaced the screen free of charge. This is one of the best deals that I have ever had & definitely recommend it to everyone! read more

Today I went to iTech Connections to get my phone screen replaced. The assistant manager helped me and she did such a good job and very quickly! In and out in about half an hour! As far as pricing they charge pretty great rates for iPhone screens. For my iPhone 6s+ it was about $170. The customer service was great! Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on. read more

Will lie and scam til no end, even after being busted cold with photographic evidence he will continue to lie. Only reason I give them 1 star is because that is the minimum. I'd give them negative stars if I could. These people are outright LIARS and THIEVES! They said something was wrong with my S4 when there definitely wasn't. I would not use this place again. Brought phone in for cracker screen. Everything on phone worked great except cracked screen. Get phone back a day later phone won't turn on nothing. The phone tech is nice, works hard to make sure the customer is happy. Good service, good prices, friendly employees. I had my galaxy s4 screen repaired, and the internal antenna replaced as well. Tragedy struck last week when I dropped my phone. This wasn't the first time I dropped the phone, but it was the first time I cracked the screen. I jumped on Yelp to look for a repair shop and found a couple and sent out some messages. iTech was the first to responded in under five minutes. They answered all of my questions and said they could work me in on the same day. It took me longer to drive there than it did for them to repair my phone. The gentleman in the store told me that it still needed to dry out & put a temporary home button on my screen. He gave me options to dry it out, too.
