They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. For what reason? did you accidentally break the one that was ordered? No explanation just sorry we had to order another screen and we don't know when it will be here. What the fuck? Would that suffice if this was the other way around? Terrible terrible terrible.
