i was told good things about this place and i believe it was an understatement…read more i called to see if they could replace my battery. i rolled in and for $40 bucks i was amped. after looking at my phone the man said you don't need a new battery! he went through and showed me how to save battery power. the honesty conveyed by the gentleman that helped me put faith back in business people. sure he could have charged me and given me a new battery and i would have been happy as could be. however i decided to bring in my older phone today and get a new battery for it.. this business is fair price,trustworthy and all out fantastic customer service.

We had issues with the phone not wanting to charge never had issues with the charging until right after we replace the screen. The phone was glitching. I tried calling no answer. Finally took the phone in within a week of having it repaired and was charged another $65 to see if it resolved the issue. If it's an iPhone, I recommend to just get it fixed at a genuine iPhone replacement store with genuine parts for a better quality screen.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SCREEN REPAIR…read more One star because the screen now does not work at all. The first they ordered cracked while they were putting it on the phone. The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week. He did lend me a phone until then which was nice, but still very inconvenient because I had none of my stuff on there (contacts, photos, apps). Upon receiving the phone with the new screen, the next day I noticed the color of the screen when outside would get all inverted, but neon. Photos attached. I believe this was an installation issue rather than a screen issue. It only happens when I'm outside, with a colder temperature change. When I explained this to him, he said that there was "no warranty" despite paying $200. And that the only step offered was to send the screen back to the manufacturer, which would take 7-10 business days - once again leaving me without a phone. Also, if the screen broke when they took it off, I would be out of luck. So why would I risk that? He also insinuated I dropped the phone for that to happen, which was kind of insulting, especially reporting the issue within 24 hours? I am now stuck with a screen that does not work, and a useless phone. I wish I would have just kept my shattered screen because at least I could actually use the phone. One inconvenience after another and while I understand a lot of this was out of his control, it still does not negate my very negative experience here. I now have to upgrade and get a new phone. I am beyond upset.

When it didn't work we went to plan b and when plan b didn't work he said he tried everything but too much damage was done. He didn't charge me for labor. I appreciate his honesty. And his prices were half of what repair all wanted to charge. I value honesty and will always bring my needs here. Thank you Jon for your service. Then yesterday I happened to walk by Bright Phone Repair at Crossroad Shopping Center, 901N N Carpenter Rd Suite 45, Modesto, CA. I read the signage in the window regarding phone repair services, plus ALL the gadgets, watches and jewelry, etc- and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also print T-shirts! :O I spoke with the proprietor about ordering 2 identical shirts with this Rainbow ROBOT design [see attachments]. He took special care to reproduce the bright colors and fine details in the image which I sent him by email. He had expressed concern that the colors might come out faded, but, it came out perfect! Here is a side by side comparison of the printed shirt and the original image file which I had found online recently. I wish I knew who created this superhero so I could give proper credit to the artist. Likewise, Bright Phone Repair gets major cred for an excellent print-job! $50 for 2 custom-made T-shirts is quite reasonable. [Support local businesses. No shipping charges.] I am thrilled with this print-out!

AVOID THIS PLACE I took my iPhone 16 here end of last week to have the screen repaired after it…read morecracked just at the bottom. Well that was the biggest mistake! After being quoted only $120 I drove 30 mins and he literally changed my screen in 20 mins only, well all this now makes sense because my phone will power on and off all day since I changed the screen. I'm not able to answer calls without it powering it off and back on. I called and took it back to them. He literally just played music on my phone waiting to see how many mins it took to turn off. I feel like he was trying to BS me, then he started saying after you drop your phone and fix your screen your phone get smashed and problems can start. I've had many iPhone screens repaired, no one has ever messed up my phone like this.... Now (today) I will be going to ATT to spend 1k for a new phone. They completely trashed my iPhone 16.... I even tipped the guy who fixed it. I do not recommend this place. There is signs all over the place saying there's no refunds and they will refuse service. Major red flag for a business.
