I had my phone damaged. The phoe was functional just like nothing has happened to the phone. I gave my phone to them and waiting in the mall about 2 hours to be fixed by these guys. when I went to get my phone, I noticed that I was unable make any calls with it. I spent about another 3 hours there while going to apple store and them troubleshoot the phone which it didn't fix the issue. Once I got home, I noticed my battery isn't holding the charge anymore which to me it was a shock because I never experienced before. A day after, I went to them again and had look at again which took another 3 hours for look at it. This time the functionality of the phone was unstable and my screen cover was removed; even though, I did tell them no remove my screen cover. Overall, I recommend no one should do any business (purchases repairs, or anything) with them because they are not ethical and trustworthy. I generally don't put any reviews for any business normally. I just wanted to put a review at least for this matter so no one gets hurt as I did. read more

After dropping my iPhone twice in the past few months, the phone finally deteriorated to only working on one side of the phone with the other side left paralyzed. I was able to receive phone calls and texts but I could not respond because the touch screen did not recognize my fingers. Also, the screen slowly changed to the black screen of death after not even a minute of having the phone turned on. I took the phone to AT&T thinking I need to get a new phone because the motherboard is compromised. The technician said it's just your screen and to go to that new place at the mall. I arrived at The Fix at Penn Square Mall. Zack was working on fixing a phone for a customer. He asked me what I needed. I told him about my problem and showed him the phone. He said he can certainly fix it for $110. The motherboard should be fine and I only need to replace the screen. He said he will have it ready in 30 to 45 minutes. I left the phone with him and came back. He finished fixing my phone when I came back and handed it over to me. The phone was back to normal! Praise Jesus! Zack was quick and friendly. He will tell you like it is and will diagnosis the issue right on the spot without having to pry open your phone. I noticed this as he gave his assessments to other customers as they walked in to them him their problems. He will give you a price quote as well. I am very thankful that I didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new phone. I've learned my lesson and will use a phone case from now on. I dropped in with a cracked screen. Because it was such a small crack they discounted it. But what makes this a 5 star establishment is that less than 40 minutes later I left with a fixed screen. It would have been faster but my phone has internal problems and they were trying to make sure that my phone works (barely). Then it didn't completely seal and they changed it out. Someone claiming to be the owner of the store put a $30 screen protector on my phone and didn't tell me that before he did it so I stated he should've told me the price before doing it and he told me it wasn't his job and I should've asked. Them proceeded to say fuck you when I got irritated about it. I've been a loyal customer to them for years and bc of this I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone ever again. Terrible customer service. It's not the customers job to ask the price of something before the retailer does the work. If the prices aren't visible like 90% of retail stores you should definitely state the price to the customer And not tell them it's their job to ask. read more

Went in to this location today with a working IPhone. Walked out with a non working screen!!!! My husband and I visited this location today and the young manager did awesome I. Greeting us and gave us a great price. All was going great! Up until all the sudden my husband screen won't come back on. No I understand that people make mistakes but this guy let a new employee mess up my husbands phone. When my husband asked what happen both of the managers employees thought they were working on a broke screen. We went in because the face was separating from the back. Then the manager starts saying no it's the motherboard and sometimes these things happen. Then told us we were going to have to go to the Apple Store and have them fix it which is probably going to cost almost as much as the phone. needless to say I was furious and the guy didn't even apologize for fucking up my husbands phone. I will never go back or refer anyone this is joke of a place again. I wish I didn't have to even give this a star. read more
