I went in there during the Covid pandemic (remember 2024?) and they hooked me up and did a fantastic job. They charged me ten dollars for the service. Although I was sort of put out by them charging me, I had to think that it was during the pandemic and ALL of the businesses were suffering. Thus, I felt like that was a decent price for the service. Fast forward to yesterday and a very unmotivated lady came out from the back and asked me what I needed. I told her that there is probably lint in my phone cord and could they repair it. She started by saying that it would cost $39.00 just to see the phone and give a diagnosis. But, it would be $39.00 and that additional charges could accrue depending on what service needs to be done. I told her that it should be a simple fix. I also told her about my previous experiences at this location. She simply shrugged her shoulders and stated, "New owners".
