We took it to a reputable computer repair business in Seattle today and they told us that part of the motherboard is broken off, there's a bad soldering job, and several screws are missing. Basically our 18 month old $2,000 gaming computer worked when we brought it to this guy, and now it is toast. Our only option at this point is to sell it for parts.
