They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I had a five year old laptop which they transferred all my data from, to the new laptop and setup my e-mail etc. My Wi-Fi was also very spotty.
