He said, "yes," plain and simple. I told him I would keep the shrink wrap and all that, to make it easy to resell if a return was necessary. Well, it didn't work with a Mac, and when I came to return it, (in like-new condition with the shrink wrap still on the box) he calmly pointed to some fine print on a small sign near the ceiling, telling me there was a 20% restocking fee. Thanks for pointing that out in the first place, buddy. Restocking for what, exactly? Seriously, I was the only customer in the store both times. Would it have been too much trouble to let me know in the first place? On top of that, I had to calculate how much he had to give back and then sit there for 10 minutes while he tried to figure out how to give a refund (minus $10 "restocking") from his card scanner. I was going to give more stars because I believe in small businesses (even if they have to sell their stuff at a bit of a premium), but the more I think about it, the more this place deserves only one.

My wife's Dell laptop died on her in the middle of everything. we took it to this place near us,…read morethey told us the hard drive is gone and we're looking at around $300 to get everything back to normal and we might not be able to get the data back. That sounded like a "bit" much on the money part, not to mention the data loss of course. So we started shopping around and came up with these TNS computer guys (after calling like 7-8 places): http://www.tns-int.com Called to check the price and was told to bring the computer over since what i describe doesn't really sound like the drive is bad. So.. took the laptop over in the morning (around 10am or so), got a call in less then an hour later from this place, telling me what drive is not bad, just the system on it and it can be all solved including keeping my data and work for almost half price! Told the guy to go ahead of course and by the end of the day, around 3-4pm I got a call from a nice girl telling me that my computer is all done and ready to be picked up. Went to pick up the computer, the guy there explained what happened, what was done by them, asked me to make sure everything is working as it should. Everything was great! It was like nothing ever happened to the computer! And it was running much faster, almost like new! The whole thing came up to $175 including everything. I'm happy, my wife's happy --- all good!  I recommend these guys to anyone!
