I explained that I was very clean and particular and she said "don't worry!" and let me tell you, I don't! Meire comes every two weeks and I look forward to those days when I can come home to a fresh smelling, spotless house. She cleans areas of my house that I don't think I've ever cleaned since I moved in. We had black mold growing in the grout of our shower - and now it's gone and I have not seen it again. She makes the beds, she cleans any dirty dishes in the sink, she puts away toys. If I go away on a business trip, I have even called her to see if she could come an extra day just so I can come home to a clean house. I cannot recommend Meire enough!! There is literally nothing in the house but walls and floors, no furniture and no carpet, yet somehow they didn't have time to clean the hardware on cabinet fronts or even clean inside the cabinets themselves. He stood over me and tried to intimidate me. and say I was wrong about their arrival time. He wasn't here, I was. I tried to explain about that to him about how they really took their time - he barked back in an aggressive manor and wouldn't let me speak.. Hundreds of other cleaning services, no need to feel intimidated or overcharge. He charged tax but never showed me an invoice with the tax broken out. Simply horrible and scary to deal with. I paid him exactly what he requested then politely asked him to leave and he wouldn't. This became extremely scary and he continued to argue. Go elsewhere!

The girls are very nice but they did not speak English you had to translate to an app. She actually pulled them out because I wouldn't get the deep cleaning after we settled on the 150 she tried to get $300 out of a small apartment that I live in. What a rip off I wonder if she pays taxes on her business I'll have to find out. No one screams at me and a businesswoman she's not no class at all.

I've had to send photos immediately after cleanings were finished asking why certain areas still look untouched and today was my last straw when my doorbell cover mysteriously broke during a cleaning and was swept into a corner of my house behind a door that the team swears must've happened while they were not here, even though that is impossible. I understand mistakes happen, but this feels like a blatant issue that was intentionally hidden. My point of contact was very rude when I asked about what happened, I also didn't love how it seemed to be different employees coming each cleaning rather than a standard set of employees. If you are looking for a one time deep clean, they may be worth it, but I definitely do not recommend for ongoing cleanings.
