Cute shop, delicious breakfast items. Desserts are a little pricey but I get it, and they were excellent so I'd say they're worth it. Friendly service and good coffee.

Love their new location!!! Clean, spacious, and complete with a wonderful display of cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and so on. They also have breakfast sandwiches and coffee which are bomb! I'm so happy there is seating now. Also, I recently ordered a custom birthday cake and it came out wonderful! Very moist and flavorful, it was exactly what I asked for. I recommend it for anyone looking to order for a special occasion. I love supporting this local GF bakery, as there are not many around!

Gluten-free is their specialty, and in fact the basis of their entire cafe/bakery. A terrific variety of gf goodies both sweet and savory. Ordered a number of sandwiches for an event where several people have Celiac, and the owner was very accommodating in helping select a mix of options. Sandwiches, salads, cupcakes, cookies and more await you at this blessed bakery where you don't have to worry if they actually know how to prepare safe, gluten-free meals.

My coworkers surprised me with a delicious gluten and dairy free cake from this bakery! I am not a fan of sweets, but this cake was so good! It did not have the normal gluten-free grainy texture of all other items. It tasted just like a normal cake. If she never told me it was gluten free I wouldn't have known. The vanilla cake was tasty and you could tell vanilla extract was used. I also loved the fact that the icing was also dairy free and not overly sweet like typical icings are. The cake was not heavy and it was the perfect size for me. I will be visiting upon a visit to North Andover!

    Minecraft cake last year- wow!

I ordered a Sonic birthday cake for my son's 6th birthday party from here. I want to preface this by saying that my family as well as my in-laws have been loyal customers of this bakery for a few years, as we all have varying degrees of gluten sensitivity. I have to say I was a bit surprised by the size of the cake. I paid, I believe around $75 for the cake, and was expecting it to be of similar size to the Minecraft cake I had ordered for his 5th birthday party last year. When I informed the associate at the store that I would be expecting 20 kids and about 30 adults, she informed me that a 1/4 sheet cake would be more than enough for this size party. That being said, we had just enough to feed all the adults and kids, with maybe 1-2 slices left over (please note that the slices were cut extremely small.  I have attached photos of the 2 cakes. As you can see, the Minecraft cake (attachment one) is a two tiered cake and I remember being so happy that 1. The cake was gluten free and 2. We had so much left over, we could enjoy it for days to come. The second photo attached is of the Sonic cake, which was significantly smaller in size and was about the same price.  I did not want this to be the focus of the day, but to be honest, at the price we paid I was expecting more for my money. I am not sure where the miscommunication happened- I do understand that the prices of all goods have gone up recently, and you have to account for that when making a cake. However, I would have gladly paid a bit more to ensure everyone could enjoy this dessert, rather than trying to figure out how to serve all of the adults and children with a cake this size.  When I called the bakery to inform them I was disappointed with my order, I was told "well that's what you ordered. What do you want us to do about it?" In a very brash tone. I did not expect financial restitution, but as a small business your establishment needs to learn how to speak to their customers as most recommendations for the gluten free community are by word of mouth. That being said, I will unfortunately have to look at other options when ordering gluten free items for my family. It's a shame as I was initially impressed with this bakery but the service and value for the money has gone downhill.

    Yay Halloween treats!!!!

Possibly catering to a mostly Caucasian clientele, for my taste it probably could have used more fish sauce, My thoughts only, They have an expansive Thai menu which I look forward to sampling over the coming months. It is on the more expensive side, which is likely justified by a large portion size and fresh ingredients and ever increasing national prices. Fast forward to this time... what happened?? Last year the chicken sandwich had a thick, juicy chicken breast/patty. This time? They literally threw a chicken tender on my sandwich. And I know it was a tender because my friend ordered chicken tenders, and they looked exactly the same... except hers were BIGGER than the one on my sandwich. Be serious. The lettuce was one sad, soggy, pale little piece fighting for its life. Not crisp. Not fresh. Just... present. Like it clocked in but didn't want to be there. The Yas sauce wasn't nonexistent, but they were definitely stingy with it. I had to add ranch because it just wasn't hitting. The fries weren't even crunchy. Just cold and hard like they had beef with me personally. Not crispy. Not warm. Just... stale with attitude. The mac and cheese tasted like it came straight out of a Kraft box. No personality. No flavor. Not even vibes. The drink was also mid. It didn't save the meal. And before anyone says "maybe they were closing", we ordered at 6PM. They close at 9. Oh, and the grand finale? Food poisoning. Both of us throwing up within an hour of eating. The chicken was dry, and apparently also dangerous. Now that's talent. What happened?? The quality drop needs to be studied. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.
