I needed cupcakes for a company event. I emailed Nadine for a quote and she replied quickly. I was able to get the whole order done with just a few email messages. When I arrived at the shop to pick up the order, it was beautifully packed and waiting for me in 2 shopping bags. The entire process could not have been easier. We had a large enough order that I had six of each variety she baked that day. The cupcakes are as lovely as they are delicious. My team were having a hard time deciding which one they wanted but the comments on every flavor were very complimentary. I will be ordering lovely treats from Pipedream again. I've now had the opportunity to check out the new store a couple of times - a great addition to North Andover! Very cute, also serving coffee and they have tables so you can eat in or take your cupcakes. A friend told me about this amazing cupcake place, north of Boston, that happens to be women owned. I had to go! All i can say is the drive ( from Dorchester) was worth it. I got a 6 pack ( love saying that about cupcakes) : gingerbread, cookies and milk, Oreo, coconut, Vanilla caramel latte and cannoli. . My husband hates cupcakes and devoured the cannoli, saying "that was the best cupcake I've ever had". All of the flavors were exactly as depicted and absolutely delicious. I am Pipe Dream's hugest fan. I have tried at least 7 different cupcake flavors since October, and they were great. She changes the flavors daily, so it's always a surprise, but her frosting is to die for and the flavors are really creative. They change seasonally, so right now they are Valentine oriented -- red velvet, chocolate covered cherry, wedding cake, etc. She also has some regulars that resurface like oreo, hot fudge sundae, salted caramel. The only trick is that she is only out 3 days a week for about 4 hours each day (she parks in various places in Andover and N. Andover), and sometimes another area or two). I follow her on twitter and fb and know what will be on the truck and where she'll park when, but even so - I only catch her about once a month. They make other cupcakes in the metro area look sad. I'm a serious cupcake gal and these are head and shoulders above the others. read more

I got the Twix cupcake and expected the quality to make up for the size. Again, I was disappointed. Nothing more than ordinary tasting - even a little stale. Ok, these are delicious. Like really, really good. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the cupcake. In fact, I'd probably get another one if it weren't for the price. They are $3 a cupcake which isn't an unreasonable amount of money. With tax, this comes to $3.25. However, the cupcakes are definitely on the averagely sized scale. I would rather pay another dollar for a giant massive cupcake that makes me bleed chocolate than an averagely sized $3 cupcake. These are amazing! I ordered two dozen assorted for my son's 16th birthday. I called the day before and met up with the owner to pick them up. She could not have been easier to deal with!
