Love their organic spray-tans and sugaring services but I have to update my review because of the amazing new services they've started offering! First, I recently got lash extensions from Rachele and they are incredible! I went to get my make-up done at Benefit last weekend and even the make-up artist couldn't tell they were extensions! She complimented me on my incredible lashes and I told her. The lashes look and feel so natural, but always make me look just the right amount of 'done' even right after waking up or sans make-up at the gym. Second, they have another member of the team giving fire & ice facials. I had been wanting to try them for a while and since I was already there... I love beauty efficiency! Quality Lashes for the everyday simple lash look. I found always summer on Yelp when searching for a place to get eyelash extensions for the first time. I decided to go with them because they had a lot of really great reviews. I can honestly say that the lady did a quality job and she did her best to achieve a fuller type lash which I value & appreciate . She make sure they do a quality job to prevent excessive eyelash fallout. The only reason I have them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that they don't provide VOLUME lashes. I am more of a KIM Kardashian lash type personally but I totally understand that they focus on the type of lashes that are probably better for your natural lashes. This place is definitely more of a Jessica Alba natural look type. I just wish they had the Volume lashes as an option. Pricing is a little on the higher end comparable to many places I researched . This isn't even true, I booked my appointment days in advance when you cancelled on me the day before. 2. You did not "go out of your way" to service me. I booked an appointment and you honored it. 3. I DID NOT stand outside your shop to write a bad review. I waited on your front patio to let the spray tan dry before I got in my car. Why do you put out tables and chairs on your balcony if you don't expect that people will utilize them??? 4. YOU falsely advertised a special offer and your website booking tool had no way to redeem the offer, so I chose the new client special HOPING that would lead me to the special offer, NOT intending to try and convince you that I had never been there before. I worked in a beauty salon before, I know how tracking clients works. Obviously you would be able to look me up and see that I've been there before. 5. Yelp is a tool so client's can review businesses. Don't blame me or Yelp that you earned yourself a bad review entirely due to YOUR bad service. If you wanted a website where clients can leave ONLY good reviews, that's your own problem. 6.
