Remembering they close at 5:30, but she decided to open shop late for me. I walked in my appointment at exactly 5:15 and picked out a color. She informed me of the new OPI's vegan summer collection. It was either between Big Blossom Energy or the usual OPI Funny Bunny. Of course the pedicure was impeccable. The perfect amount of scrubbing, massaging, and lathering a girl could ask for after a long day at work. I mainly wanted to get a pedicure to get a foot massage from all the walking I was doing recently and she did not disappointment. I went with Big Blossom Energy because it was perfect for the summer vibes! I always leave this salon looking and feeling glamorous. A 30 minute pedicure here, is never rushed or felt rushed. It actually took about 45 minutes to an hour to make sure the nail polish was dry and ready to go. Honestly, like I said this salon does not miss or disappoint. I wish it was a bit closer so I could go frequently, but unfortunately it's a bit far for me. I'm also writing this review 2 weeks after I got my pedicure and it's still as perfect as it was since I had gotten it. I've walked with open toe shoes, go to the gym, even went in the pool and it looks as if I just got it done yesterday!

The office is ebtrance to the office building is located right next to the M&T bank. You have to dial the offixe number on the keypad to get buzzed in. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and thought the pffixe set up was really cute. She had hand sanitizer available and obviously masks are required. She sanitizes between each customer and schedules appointments appropriately. I selected brow shaping, so my appointment was short, but the outcome was great. She doesnt use wax or thread, she shapes them with tweezers and mini scissors. They came out great and barely any pain. I would definitely recommend her and will be going to see her again!

When the treatment was ineffective, my daughter was made to feel as though it was her fault, which is completely unacceptable--especially when working with a minor. There was no clear plan of care, no accountability for poor results, and the equipment used does not appear to be state-of-the-art. Rather than adjusting the approach, responsibility was shifted to the client. I would walk around with a full beard before I ever give this woman another penny of my money.

I was on my way to giving up on a much-needed grooming, until I came down the escalator from the food court and lo and behold, there was another, much better looking eyebrow threading joint--Beautiful U a.k.a. Unique Eyebrows. After going there, I'm not sure what makes them unique. Maybe the fact that they actually have store space rather than a stand alone kiosk. Other than that, just your average threading service. The woman who shaped my brows put baby powder on first...not sure what that was about. She did a decent job with the threading (I had to ask her to clean them up a bit more when she was done), but the worst part was the after effect of my threading service--my skin was burning terribly long after I had them shaped. It eventually stopped, but they need some better skin conditioners to minimize the irritation. Baby powder doesn't quite cut it. On the plus side, it was quick, convenient, and cheap ($10) compared to other places. Just make sure you have some sort of soothing balm to put out the fire on your face if you come here.
