    Dragon Fruit Hibiscus Iced Tea
    wendy villagran

Saw a new dragon fruit hibiscus drink and just had to give it a try! Did not disappoint at all it was delicious! Not too sweet like some drinks can often be and does not have the bitterness that iced teas can have either. Service was quick and easy as always . Not a boba fan but this is a definite must have for the summer.

In my car not even 1 minute after receiving my frappe....

I love this place but it's a little irritating seeing multiple people order after you and them getting their drinks before you when you ordered online!!!! At one point I saw 7 employees in there and it just seemed so chaotic. One of the employees told me they already had one of my drinks ready but I spent almost 10 minutes waiting on my other drink!! My frappe was already melted and watery before I even walked out.

Ordered 7 drinks and this is what I get. Their excuse was well, we packed everything in different bags.

The weather is warm and summer is almost here which means it's shaved ice time!!!! There's no seats inside and I've never had shaved ice Togo but to my surprise it was delicious! I got a size small which I think you can easily share with someone. Otherwise, enjoy on your own. There's a kiosk which allows you to order through a giant iPad looking screen.

I came here at about 5 pm and was surprised that there was a line. Service was quick though. I got the Strawberry Milk Tea. It was ok but I think I should have chose a different drink.

Now I see why they have the worst reviews....I definitely will NEVER be coming back to this Bobatime!!! For starters, the cashier greeted me and then wouldn't take my order until I asked and then immediately after more customers came in and she took their order, so I don't appreciate that??! And I ordered the Matcha Milk Tea with Boba and it was supposed to be 75% percent sweet and it taste more like 25% percent sweet....without the boba, it's very bland and I've have matcha countless times before and it's usually sweet but this just isn't it?! The customer service and lackluster drink really didn't meet my expectations and I am never coming back!! Good writtens...

I got the Matcha Thai Tea boba. It was pretty good, and definitely worth the price. Pretty quick in and out service from the employees, which was great since we were just stopping in on the way home. Thanks for some delicious boba!

I wish they would offer popping pearls and a few more flavor options but in the end it is a great sweet treat. Inside is pretty small and is more designed to go, which is what we did. Both of the employees working were polite and everything was made in a few minutes. They don't have a dedicated parking lot, but we were able to find a space directly in front so parking is really easy in this part of town. For this visit, I chose cherry and strawberry and got a large and it was honestly huge. I would say medium is more than fine and a large is something that would be hard to finish. I would recommend this to any fan of Hawaiian shaved ice and would stop in again next time I am in this part of town.

If you've had real Hawaiian ice like at Jo jo's in Kauai or Ululani's( now has a store in…read moreHollywood) the shaved ice at this cute tiny store with friendly service is a feeble version. We each got three flavors - 6 total- and neither of us could taste one iota of flavor in the syrup any one of them! We basically were eating tasteless colored topping. To make matters worse, unlike good to the very bottom true Hawaiian shaved ice, the "syrup" penetrated all of 1/16" of the ice so the minute you took even a shallow scoop, you were left with a giant plain white ice ball in the middle. Add to that the cost is expensive for what you get, and it is served in this cone like dish which with the top heavy ball of ice, is easy to tip over on the table. We definitely won't be back.

I wouldn't say the food totally delivered but the service and the hawaiian spirit lives on here. We came on a Sunday and they had a live duo here. It was nice, would do it again soon. One thing we wished we had done was pay in advance for the malasadas. Apparently we didn't and the line grew longer during lunch. So we will have to try the pizza and the malasadas another weekend. They have breakfast all day long so I definitely will partake in some of that the next time we're here. Parking is a little bit of a pain but parking at Rascals was okay since they closed.

I was looking for chicken teriyaki like they have at Island Rootz. The girl recommended a chicken dish that was "similar", but with dark meat. Again I was disappointed because when I got home, it was FRIED! I don't eat fried chicken (try to stay away from fried foods in general). Telling me it was similar, I didn't bother to ask so partially my bad. I'm sure all the food is tasty, including the pizza, but I now know to ask about menus and specific items instead of trusting someone's suggestions completely. Posting so others are aware the menu here is not similar to Island Rootz and Auntie Maile's (both places I LOVE!!).

Super laid back great spot to grab breakfast with friends and family or even impress that one foodie friend you haven't seen in a while! Now to the food! I ordered the Best Avocado toast, house made chimichurri, honey, nori goma, radish, and power green, sourdough! Fantastic so good prob the best avocado I've ever had ngl I've had some good ones but yeah wasn't overly sweet either had a great balance truly enjoyed this one! I also ordered a Breakfast croissant, well because I'm a foodie, which was absolutely delicious! Super flakey croissant with egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, spicy mayo. Egg and bacon cooked just right all the flavors came together like a perfect bite every time. Even the tomato was red and brought a nice touch to the whole sandwich. The waitress was super busy as she was the only one running the front. She crushes it I've seen bigger restaurants struggle with more staff and less people. Thank you so much for letting change tables mid dinning to sit outside is the sun!!! I don't know, but this place had a big menu and decent reviews so we chose to hit up this spot. The vibes in here were super laid back. There was only one woman who we saw working which was also the hostess and everyone else's server, which was just us and another woman to tables away from us. We had a difficult time choosing something to order since the menu was so diverse. Everything from croffle ice cream, to clam chowder, to a full Thai menu. I saw banh mi on the menu and instantly knew I had to order it since I've never tried it before. So, I ordered the chicken meatball banh mi sandwich with a side salad (removing the jalapeño and spicy mayo). My friend ordered a Thai iced coffee and the pineapple curry. The food came out relatively quickly. My friend enjoyed her Thai iced coffee, but she said she wished she'd ordered the Thai tea instead. She also really liked her pineapple curry, and it came out piping hot. I tried it and it was super spicy, so not for me, but she really enjoyed it. My banh mi sandwich was interesting. Right off the bat, it was 75% bread. The bread wasn't bad. In fact, it was chewy and not tough to tear into, but the sandwich itself was mostly bread. There were only like three meatballs in the sandwich, which were cut in half, and I feel like there wasn't anything special about the meatballs. If I was blindfolded, I would think they were the Great Value frozen meatballs in a bag from Walmart. The pickled cabbage was nice though, even if the mixture made the entire bottom of the sandwich soggy af (but I like soggy bread so it was fine with me). I tore most of the bread off and left it on the plate. The side salad dressing also spilled onto the sandwich and contributed to the soggy bread. Now that I'm looking at the photo I took of the sandwich, there wasn't much cilantro on there at all. The pickled cabbage was at the very bottom buried in between all the bread.
