Might not be a bad idea though wink wink nudge nudge...A few chairs and tables were set up for people to sit down and eat close by. Someone even randomly left a box of tangerines to take. I noticed pambazo on the menu and having not tried it before decided to give it a go. The pambazo comes with chorizo and potatoes along with shredded cabbage, cream, and cheese on soft, yet slightly toasted bread. In my opinion, the flavors on its own were good but needed a touch of salsa to fully round things out. Wouldn't mind ordering this again next time. The crew behind the counter is always welcoming, knows their beer, and actually remembers people and what they like. It has that rare neighborhood feel where you don't just grab a drink and leave. You feel like part of something. The rotating food vendors are solid, and being able to bring your own food is a big plus. The space itself is great. It's tucked right off Rosecrans with both indoor and outdoor seating. The garage doors open things up so you still get that beach breeze even if you're inside. Only real downside is parking right in front can be tough, but if you're willing to walk a block, Hawthorne and Rosecrans usually have spots. We even hosted a party here in 2025 and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Chris made everything easy. Communication was mostly over email, super clear and responsive, and they took the time to walk us through the space in person when we had questions. The upstairs area is very nice though can run a little warm. Thankfully, they have fans! We opted for the patio since I like the open air and it gave us extra room. Very helpful and accommodating and a super reasonable minimum spending amount. We had around 30 people and it never felt cramped. A bunch of our friends have come back on their own since, which says a lot. And yeah, the beer. It's that good. There are a lot of strong breweries around here, but this one hits different. The Hazy Lil Daisy IPA is a go to, and their seasonal and themed releases are always fun and creative without sacrificing quality. They also make it easy for non drinkers to feel included with solid options like NA seltzers, sodas, and juices (which works great for my wife)!

This was my first time ordering from Organico, and I had no idea it wasn't a traditional…read morerestaurant. When I arrived for pickup, I found a room full of lockers and a small service window. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, I was pretty confused at first. Eventually, I watched another customer open a locker and retrieve their food, and everything started to make sense. I received a text with instructions to open a locker and collect my order. Before leaving, I checked the receipt stapled to the bag--thankfully I did! It wasn't my name and wasn't the food I ordered. I went back inside and tried to get someone's attention at the service window, which took a little while. A friendly employee attempted to locate my order but couldn't find it, so he called over another staff member, who I assume was a manager. Unfortunately, the interaction wasn't as pleasant. He repeatedly asked for my name, even after I had provided it several times, and eventually informed me--somewhat abruptly--that another delivery driver had taken my order and that I needed to contact "the company I worked for." After clarifying that I wasn't a delivery driver and had ordered the food for myself, his tone changed. He contacted Organico, and they agreed to remake my meal. My pickup time was supposed to be 1:00 PM, but my replacement order wasn't ready until about 1:35 PM. As for the food, I ordered the tuna salad. I love beets and was excited about the combination. The salad was good overall, but the flavor profile wasn't what I expected. There was a very tart, vinegary element that caught me off guard. The brussels sprouts tasted more pickled than caramelized, which wasn't my preference. I'm not sure if that was intentional or if the remake affected the preparation, but the vinegar flavor was quite strong. I also ordered the iced salted caramel latte. It was okay--not particularly memorable--but the double shot of espresso definitely helped me get through the rest of my workday. Overall, the food was decent, but the pickup experience was confusing and frustrating enough that it overshadowed the meal.
