I haven't been to this Location yet and I have not been to this establishment in quite a while as well. My experience here was pleasurable to say the least. I found everyone to be kind patient and gentle. I had the Thai tea tornado, and the mango Crepe Cake. If you wanna order, you can go ahead. I had me a nice sugar high and the employees were nice enough to help me come down from it by supplying me with a steady flow of water. I loved the acai bowl! It was a nice price, nutrotious, and yummy. Will definitely be back. The smoothies looked good, too! Not much for ambiance. They have an area outside that would be nice to eat at when it's not so hot. But I sat in the Japanese take-out place to eat my acai bowl. It's just a counter where you order and then wait to take it away. The entrance is even hard to find, but it made sense once I was inside - it's in a combined space with a Japanese take-out place. read more

The boba slushy coffee was pretty good well I haven't order food from it's boba time but there's a Yoshinoya next to it where I got the boba and the Yoshinoya food at the same time and ambiance was OK and the service was great read more

Horrible service girl at the register didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked for something then I get the wrong thing and she tries to charge me more for it I don't like to cause a scene or be dramatic about stuff like this but she was so rude when I asked for something I get all the time so I just got the bs she gave me and left. read more

If you're looking for boba then just do yourself the favor and go here! Flavors are always a hit and boba is always on point. I went for the Taro on my last visit and I think you can do it over ice or blended, and it's great both ways. Hope you love it! The only reason it's not 5 stars is the restrooms were pretty messy. They definitely needed some tending to. Also, this location only has outdoor seating. If the weathers nice, then for sure it's great seating. I wanted to comment on a recent experience that I am super thankful to the staff at this boba shop. Yesterday I had a large boba order. 2 Thai tea with and without boba. 6 Mango yogurt Smoothies with and without boba. The boba shop was a pit stop so when I'm sufficiently far away I drink one mango yogurt smoothie I immediately reshook it to mix it again. It tasted diluted and not at all "yogurt". It's a drink I've ordered multiple times from this location so I knew I tasted something wrong. Then I tried another one with boba and one without. Both were the same. I realized then that there was not going to be a good one. I kept 3 and the others were opened etc and didn't have a place for them so I threw them in the trash. I couldn't go back the same day so I went today. I asked for a supervisor or manager and the employee was very patient in listening to the complaint I had. She explained that she couldn't replace the ones that were trashed but I could get these others replaced so I did. I got them and they were perfect. Thank you for listening to my complaint and explaining what could be done next time. I really do appreciate it and love the boba and drinks here. Perhaps the chain can bring back a roasted milk tea flavor in the future? I miss that roasted oolong milk tea! read more

We had already been to It's Boba Time in North Hollywood an hour or so before this visit. My daughter asked for us to bring one home for her. This set up is very different than the last one. It's attached to a to go restaurant and they have a nice big shaded patio to wait for your drinks. The girl said it going to be a wait we have a lot of orders. It was maybe 7 minutes, not to bad. My daughters favorite is the blended Thai tea. It was still good after the 45 min drive home. *** this location allows you to use the rest rooms. That was very much appreciated. read more

Today was the worse day possible. Horrible service by man who makes and serves the drinks. After making my god daughters drink wrong. He popped it open and poured it into a new cup with all ice. So strawberry water, really gross! **Now my granddaughter just took a sip of her Taro boba and there is a fly in it!!! We normally visit 3 - 4 times a week. I am afraid I can no longer visit this location with no accountability, no management willing to remake the drinks. I understand flys in this heat. This boba shop is really popular in the LA area and is know for delicious boba drinks, slushies, smoothies, tea, etc! There's something on the menu for everyone. My favorites are the regular milk teas, but they have an assortment of colorful and out of the box drinks for those who are more adventurous! Also on the menu are açaí bowls - my absolute favorite! Service is excellent and everyone here is quick, polite, and friendly! If you can't decide on a drink, ask any of the staff for their recommendations. Parking is easy and plentiful. I'm sad. I used to love this place. Lately, it's a total hit or a miss. It's disappointing that quality seems to go WAY down when the place gets busy. I get boba at least twice a week here. When it's dead, my drinks are perfection! Great amount of boba and sweetness but recently, my last 2 visits my boba was bitter-tasted unsweetened and barely had any boba. I hesitated to make this review from the experience I had at this location this past Sunday in the morning. However, it has been on my mind because whom I assume is a girl manager in a black shirt with tattoos was harassing by cussing out her co workers/employees. I instantly felt the hostility and frustration coming from this person and I only hope this person recognizes her attitude stinks! I could imagine the conversations she has from behind the counters. Ok listen. I have an almost unhealthy obsession with the Pb Açaí bowl it's embarrassing. I've tried going to different it's boba times so the workers here don't think I have a problem lmao. I've been to the one in Lancaster, one in Northridge, one in Santa Clarita, and let me tell you, the pb açaí bowls don't taste the same like in the Palmdale one. I don't know why or how, but this place hits different. I exclusively come here. And the workers are really nice, and some of them will recognize me which is so welcoming! I placed an order on Doordash and I accidentally put pick up instead of delivery and I switched the option. I didn't know they canceled my order. I tried going to the location to see if they could still give me my order which mind you is only one drink. The manager is very disrespectful and he called me inappropriate names in front of his employees and other customers. He said they didn't have my order which is weird because I saw it sitting right behind him. I told him that's mine and he threw it in the trash! He said he'll remake it when I pay for a new one. I payed $10 for a $6 drink I wasn't going to pay again. Don't come to this location ever. If you see a tan Asian maybe Caucasian male don't buy. None of the other employees tried helping me and they all just stood there as the manager was rude to me. Will never return again. That manager needs to be fired. I work at fast food and I would never treat a customer like that. If I could I would give it a one star. read more

We are SO sad! This used to be our favorite boba place, but the quality and the service have unfortunately gone down. We were there on the evening of June 21, 2023 last, and we could literally see the staff making our drinks incorrectly. When we asked for them to correct our order (and by correct I mean make our drinks as we ordered them and as they are depicted on the menu), the staff did not remake our drinks, but rather poured them into different cups, and so our boba was on the top. When we shared concern about that, the staff were visibly annoyed, grabbed my wife's drink from her hand, and aggressively threw it into the trash. We never received an apology and instead, were going to be charged more. What?!?! Oh, and they are so cheap, they don't provide napkins, even though they will hand you a dirty cup. Our night out for a sweet treat, felt more like a nightmare. My wife was so upset, she could not even enjoy herself. While we don't have a video of the above unfortunately, we do have a picture of a frappe that we previously ordered. You could see that it is not at all blended. The chunks and shards of ice hurt my teeth. Ouch! We contacted corporate regarding our experience on June 21, 2023, and since this location is independently franchised, corporate indicated that all they could do is forward our concern to the store owner.
