There was no description on the kiosk as to what was in the drink, so I asked the gentleman inside what was in the drink. He seemed a little flustered and too busy, answering my question as he was doing something. As I continued to order, I saw him leave. It looked like he went out to grab some supplies. I completed my order and continued to wait. Five, 10 minutes passed by and I went to go check on my drink. Still there was no one inside. My husband had to go there and wait for someone to come back and was asking where my order was. When the gentleman came back, he seemed rude and gave my husband an attitude saying, "I know, I know." I think it is a little unprofessional to not be fully stocked, when you open at 11:30 AM and it's already been a few hours past and still you don't have any supplies. I enjoyed the drink, but my husband and I didn't really like the texture of the boba. We felt like it could have been a little softer in texture. It seemed a little chewy to. It's not always easy to find lactose-free products, so it's great that it's an option here. We didn't realize we could adjust the sweetness and ice levels, as there were no signs indicating we could do so, and the cashier didn't ask us if we wanted to. If we had known, we would've gone down on the sweetness by at least 50%, as both drinks were quite sweet. Service here was also exceptionally warm and friendly. Unfortunately, this location was a completely different experience. Drinks were also not consistent. The sweetness level was INSANELY sweet. I normally get light sweet and my partner gets normal sweetness. His drink was much sweeter than normal, whereas my drink tasted like a normal sweetness level. The service was disappointing from the start. The staff came across as a bit rude, and I was surprised watching how the drinks were being prepared. It wasn't busy at all. There were only two parties in the shop. I watched the barista start making my drink by pouring the tea, but instead of finishing it with the milk foam, she set it aside and began making the "easier" drinks for the party that ordered after me. They ended up receiving their entire order before my drink was even finished despite ordering after me. I understand trying to improve efficiency during a rush, but when there are only a couple of customers, it's frustrating to see orders completed out of sequence without any explanation.
