Phenomenal costumer service. I asked if they were hiring and the staff were very open to the question! The boba tasted great. I liked the ombré look it had (before I mixed it lol). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is clean and well lit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute LED decoration on the wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you don't want a sugary drink I recommend the Sunset iced tea with 25% sweetness. It has jasmine and is caffeine free!

I was eager about visiting this place because their menu looks fun (and it is). I would rate it as 3.5 but there's no option for half a star so gave it 4 instead of dragging it down to 3 stars. The reason why I think this place isn't exactly a 5-star boba place is the flavor richness. The matcha milk tea boba was so diluted that you can barely taste the matcha. I felt like I was drinking matcha flavored water with boba. I'm not sure if I would ever come back to give it a second shot, but I was underwhelmed by the washed out flavor so I'm not too eager to go back. I hope that the owners see this review and maybe just work on their recipes a bit to make the flavors richer. If they can fix that issue I think this boba shop can actually be one of the best ones in town since they offer so many flavor and boba varieties so it's a fun place to be for boba.

First time here and staff is very friendly. It's pretty close to work since I work at the Kaiser Hospital down the street. Location in in the same lot as Chik Fil A. I bought the Peach Lychee Fruit Tea and it's very refreshing. They didn't add too much Ice which is Perfect! I will most likely come back to try the other items on the menu. Curios about the Grapefruit Iced Tea.

First time here, and I loved it! I ordered the milk tea Boba and the red velvet macaroon. The Boba was amazing, I loved the brown sugar boba pearls and the milk tea. The macaroon was ok, it didn't taste fresh and it was a little bit chewy but next time I'll get a different flavor hopefully it's better. The place was very clean, the staff were very nice, fast service.I will definitely come back.

This boba place is impeccable I enjoy going every single day and talking to all the staff members. Marcus and Mike are quite honestly the best workers you'll ever meet. they are super sweet and kind to all the customers. he is fun to talk to and whips up some 10/10 boba. Every time I go there is never a disappointment they all treat me and my friend with care there is never a day that has gone where we didn't get amazing service. I tried the Galaxy Iced Tea, Oreo milkshake, strawberry shake, and the strawberry yogurt smoothie. The Oreo milkshake wasn't overly sweet and had a smooth, creamy vanilla flavor that I really enjoyed. The strawberry yogurt smoothie was the standout -- perfectly tart, super refreshing, and honestly addicting. You can tell they're consistent with their flavors. What really elevated the visit was the customer service. The staff was incredibly nice and helped guide us toward drinks that matched our preferences, which was much appreciated. I really like this place, however it was my first time coming to this location. There is parking available. You can order on the machine or with a cashier. I got my drink really quick at this location despite there being other people here. I decided to try something new so I got the Strawberry matcha. It was pretty decent, and it was made quick, but I probably wouldn't get it again. Thanks for the service though. read more

Love my local Boba spot. They have plenty of signature drinks to try or get customized drinks. Have not had anything bad, their matcha drink wa snot bad. Usually always pretty quick, even when not pre-ordering ahead. Ordering is easy, all orders come through their touch screen kiosk with no pesky hoo-man interaction haha Parking is usually not bad, since Chick-Fil-A takes up most parking. read more

Boba tends to be perfectly soft and just the right amount of sweetness. The boba here is usually fresh and the young man at the register who seems to be supervisor or store manager, is always polite and welcmes customers with a smile. The two young girls seem a little lazy and no manners but I come for the drink so I just ignore them and take my drink. read more

The quality at this branch is pretty solid, I usually get a strawberry matcha and it has yet to disappoint. Customer service has been average nothing to complain about. My only complaint overall just has to be the parking situation with how crowded it feels outside, it's so difficult to get around some days. read more

Got the Strawberry Milk Tea and good lord was it PHENOMENAL! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was prompt and the ambiance was nice, got the drinks very quickly and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The parking is kind of a pain, but I don't blame them for that, they're next to a Chick-Fil-A after all. I'm a big fan of horchata (and not the biggest boba tea fan) so I got the Horchata Smoothie and it was great. The place is lively and overall has a good vibe to it. What's really important and what I care about the most is their service. Efficiency is about doing things quickly while getting orders correct, and at the same time upholding fantastic customer service. The staff members did such a stellar job with my order, and while I was waiting for not even 3 minutes, they're knocking out everyone else's orders and gettin' everyone in and out as soon as they can, and it was promising to see. On the slight chance I'm in the mood for something as basic as a thai tea or even another horchata smoothie, this'll probably be the only place I'll be going to. Great work to the team! read more

I'm so happy BOBA TIME is near my job! I LOVE THIS STUFF! If not for my loose tooth cap I'd get it more! But I'm afraid the tapioca balls are gonna rip it out! Went here for their opening. Honestly didn't expect much because there are a bunch of boba times but this one stands out amongst them all!! As soon as I ordered the owner suggested several drinks to me since I don't typically drink boba and he suggested the mango shake rather than the slush and I did not regret it. The service was disappointing from the start. The staff came across as a bit rude, and I was surprised watching how the drinks were being prepared. It wasn't busy at all. There were only two parties in the shop. I watched the barista start making my drink by pouring the tea, but instead of finishing it with the milk foam, she set it aside and began making the "easier" drinks for the party that ordered after me. They ended up receiving their entire order before my drink was even finished despite ordering after me. I understand trying to improve efficiency during a rush, but when there are only a couple of customers, it's frustrating to see orders completed out of sequence without any explanation. It definitely left a bad impression, especially since I've always had such positive experiences at other Wushiland locations.
