I've been coming here at least once a week for food and tea, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered takeout, and when I got home, I realized one of the teas was missing. I returned and calmly explained the situation, but the server responded with an attitude, saying I should know which drink was missing. While preparing the replacement, the server handled items with bare hands, even reaching inside the tea container from the fridge getting his hands wet with the tea in the process, (basically putting his hands inside the tea container). That raised serious hygiene concerns for me. I ended up throwing the drinks away because I no longer felt comfortable consuming them. They offered a free drink for next time, but unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust. I hope management takes food safety and customer service more seriously going forward. read more

I try to never pass up a bargain when it comes to food or beverages. I can in because if an advertisement of half off when getting two milk teas. I got one with mini boba and one plain, both half sweet and iced. Refreshing without being too sweet or strong on tea ( it can sometimes taste bitter). Solo young man was courteous and efficient- taking orders and preparing them. There's a kiosk for placing your order as well. Cute little spot in the same plaza as 99 Ranch grocery. Right next door is a newly opened Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. Parking can be a little bit hard depending on on the time of day. They also are confident about the heat seal on takeout containers- they put them side by side with one literally upside down in the bag to conserve space! Excellent customer service, there was quite a few of us and not everyone knows what to order, but the staff was so patient and very knowledgeable when we have questions. This place has been here for a long time, it's right next to boba time but for me the boba, jelly and the flavor of the drinks here are better. Don't ever order for dine in because they take longer than if you take it to go . I thought we'd have plenty of time to eat a snack before my kid has to work a few doors down in same shopping center. The place was empty. 25 minutes for popcorn chicken and 2 drinks. It took forever for the guy to bring out the chicken. And then he puts it on the counter behind the half wall. Just hand it to me dude! Clearly we're in a rush cuz I switched it from dine in to go So I'm standing there another 5 minutes. Meanwhile we haven't at least gotten our drinks. Upon arrival, the cashiers were having a friendly conversation and it seemed like I interrupted something. Being my first time, I had no idea what to order or even what they had. I was pleased with the tea flavor and kind customer service. I would suggest softer boba because it tasted a little old/ not very fresh. 1/13/23 It'll be the last time I'm coming to THIS Lollicup. Taro slush with boba was okay tasting, maybe too sweet (I should've asked for half sweet). Boba is good & chewy. What is irritating is the lack of acknowledgment from the two male staff inside the shop. No customers were in there. One of them was looking down at the till while the other was looking at him. His eyes were at eye level, not looking down. I'm about 3 feet away & I stand there waiting for either of them to say Hi, how can I help you?.... Cricket, cricket, cricket and I decided I'd do their job & acknowledge them. Hey there, hello how are you doin'? They both seem a bit startled & finally looked up & the guy (not manning the till) finally said, "He'll be right with you, he's almost finished." Whatever happened to customer service? My husband and I went here today for the 10 AM opening. It's been a while since our first visit, and we were happy to come back. The drinks were great--especially now that they also serve food! I've been coming here for years. I like how they have the point system after buying the 10th drink, you get a free one. I also like the buy one get one half off milk tea Boba for my kids because it saves me money. It's a hang out bonding thing to do by coming here with my kids on my free time. We get to eat some popcorn chicken, Boba and walk around the Plaza. My gave place to go to after coming here is daiso. I remember taking my kids here when they were toddlers and running around the fountain. You have the usual homeless guy walking around digging through trash...but I haven't seen him come through here recently. There's a board and care down the street near little India village, so you can see some homeless or unstable ppl walking around. He's cold, rude, cuts you off while ordering, doesn't listen to requests.... Honestly, I'd rather have used a kiosk to order than deal with this guy's attitude. Didn't even ask if I wanted it for here/Togo, and when food came out, it was to-go. Start eating and there's no utensils, go to counter to ask for it, "it's in the bag already". No, it's not. Doesn't apologize, say he'll grab it or anything. Just walks away and starts shaking the utensils away from me. Do better. If you don't want to be customer-facing, work the back. read more
